In this video you'll see how to read a v-shaped (half of a warped square) peyote graph while making a beaded star. Such graphs often cause confusion, and this tutorial is here to you understand how to read it. The video also features a free 3d peyote star pattern.
Beaded stars look stunning and are fun to make. Learn how to make one using my tutorials.
Materials:
✔️ Miyuki Delica 11/0: DB0651 (77 beads), DB0721 (77 beads), DB0733 (77 beads), DB0724 (77 beads), DB0010 (100 beads), DB0723 (77 beads)
You can use any beads you want, just make sure they've been culled.
✔️ Beading needle
✔️ Thread
✔️ Scissors and a lighter or Thread Zap

Great video. I always use your 4 sided graphs (when I don't use your word chart) and I'm glad to see it done using this one. It's also good that you showed how to fold it. That can be really important!

Great video. It is the only one I found that explains the order of attaching triangles and when and how the extra row is done. Small nuances that I stumble with. I can only do word pattern. Again, your video is the only one I found for using the graph. I will be practicing with it. Just for your information the text on screen is to light for me to read it. But worth the challenge for me. Blessings

Thank you for your video and free pattern (especially the word version). Both were very helpful, and I successfully finished 5 pieces of a star. I hate to show my ignorance, but here I go: Am I right or wrong in assuming I need to make two of each warped square? P.S. Wish you did a voice-over on the video!
