Unfortunately the Burnout Paradise map mod was abandoned either because of licensing issues or because it was simply impossible to import to BeamNG

The Hot Pursuit map would definitely be better for cruising, some really high speed roads on there!

I would love to see that map in Assetto Corsa too. I think it would fit perfectly.

@@SimulatorAdventures perhaps the mod maker updated the map later with wetness handling and forgot to update the FAQ in the forum post? I haven't played the map myself yet, just reading the creators post about it.

​@@zogmorp The map certainly has felt more slippery than normal asphalt since the start. The original quote is: "The road surface may appear more slippery than on other map ports as it's based on an Old Apshalt groundmodel. However, its behavior is not even comparable to wet asphalt. The only changes are sounds and particles from wet asphalt to match the original game." I think this means that while it's not meant to be slippery, it's not grippy asphalt either

I removed the shake effect entirely and pushed the camera up about 0.1m, with a tilt angle much lower than the default. I basically looked at what the NFS camera looks like and copied it

I definitely played NFS MW on an iPad back in 2013 but I also owned it on PS Vita and PC. I remember being amazed at how similar all the versions were.
