I think it'd be interesting if you did a race where the infected had to only target last place. If you could put the infected in a faster vehicle (somehow), then it'd be easy-ish to catch up, but it'd still be an actual race where you want to be in first.

how about point system basically infected gets 1 point for each survivor tagged, survivors get 3 points if they survive when time runs out or last player standing, on last round last player standing gets 5 points
