unfortunately, as my gaming man Jeff Favignano already knows: spikes are NOT always 100% effective.. so many times, a Department will request an air unit by 🚁 to keep eyes on the driver being chased....or, if she chooses to come to a full stop, gets out and bails on foot

True, it doesn't feel like a Gavril, but at least it's not a Hirochi like it was originally planned lol.

The original name of this mod was Hirochi Bogus, but before it was finished someone suggested to change it to Gavril Vertex because it makes more sense so it was changed.
