Last season 22/23 went to a showdown between arsenal and city in April. Arsenal fell away after that showdown. 21/22 season went to the final day and the final 25 minutes of last game of season - City trailing 2-0 to Villa & came back to win title with 3 goals in 15 minutes 18/19, season went to the final day with both Liverpool and City having the chance to be champions. City went behind early to Brighton away, but turned it around to win 4-1 13/14 season, went to the final day - with both liverpool and City having the possibility of winning the title. City won 2-0 at home to west ham to win league 11/12 season went to the final day, and final minute of the season. Withmanchester unitrd champions right up until the 93rd minute! ....that 5 seasons which have been very very close and definately not boring!

I think if Manchester City didn't lose against Real Madrid in the UCL quarterfinal, they will still surrender the hopes of winning back-to-back Treble (only FA Cup and UCL) and hand the Premier League title to Arsenal at the end instead. Anyways, the shock UCL exit this season only made Manchester City very dangerous, but that's still normal because Real Madrid also won the La Liga and were now in the UCL Final. Just like what happened in 18/19 and 21/22 season, they will fight until the end for the Premier League title on the final day.

Nobody agrues that they dont play the best football and that is down to pep and the players. The thing is that they've got 15 players at that club who they shouldn't have been able to afford to sign and pay because of FFP. But they did anyway and they've been very dodgy about how. Those players are also getting paid in dodgy ways ... and that is CHEATING. If pep wanted love for what he's done he should've gone to a club that doesn't financially cheat. He'd have all the praise he deserves as a coach then.
