Hi, everyone! I've created my dream house in this Sims 4 stop motion build video. This sims house is located in Newcrest on Springscape, 40x30. All the essential items are functional, except for the dining table in the kitchen; however, if you move the chairs out enough, the sims can still sit around the table. I do not normally build non-functional dining tables but this is my real-life dream dining table!

I hope you enjoyed watching this build! I absolutely love the clean minimalist style and the kitchen is definitely my favourite room in this house! Another style that I adore is modern farmhouse but with the current packs, I cannot build my dream modern farmhouse home just yet. All the essential items are functional, except for the dining table in the kitchen; however, if you move the chairs out enough, the sims can still sit around the table. I do not normally build non-functional dining tables but this is my real-life dream dining table! Also, if you have a pet, they like to hide behind the stove and fridge, so I put a tiny pet door on the side (it's out of sight), so they can get out :) It was challenging filming the house walkthrough at the end because my sims kept wanting to program on the computer and got quite angry, so excuse any frowns you might see on my sim's faces (they don't dislike each other, I promise). Could you maybe do a model of this house with just basegame, city living, cats and dogs, spa day, tiny living and nifty knitting and laundry day please? I don’t have all the packs as my mum thinks some packs (eg parenthood are inappropriate, I’m 13 tho and it’s not what she thinks it is) anyway could you try? I rlly love this house but can’t get it as when I download it most of the items disappear as I don’t have the pack :C great build tho!! ♥︎

So many amazing things about this house - I can see why you'd want to live in it. As always, lots of great custom pieces - that kitchen island & dining table are so clever - and I could cook in that kitchen all day. Hahah, it's supposed to be her brother's daughter. Her niece stays over sometimes when the parents want a bit of a break. Due to lock-down, I've been missing my nephews and nieces quite a lot so thought it would be nice to include that little part at the end. They're growing up so fast!

The house is great and all, but man was I invested in the story! Where did that couple go? How long have they known her? What does she do for a living to afford that house? Have I been missing an entire storyline during builds?!?!

Haha, the sims I used are also from some other builds. She's an architect who used to live in a pretty nice tiny home! Her brother works at a radio station with his wife. They have a daughter! The couple dropped their daughter off so she could spend time with her niece. Wow! That house is truly a dream house! That space in the kitchen, that view to the pool area... There are so many things I love! Also its so smart having the washing machine upstairs, as your closet is also there. :D (That connection to the bathroom!!) The livingroom is also great, with those little steps down. Is this also your selfsim? :D That story with the little toddler at the end was so nice. Very nice Video!!
