8:50 I think that was more a silly decision than getting trolled. The arrows clearly pointed elsewhere and you can see a Piranha Plant there.

I know this is off topic, but we need a clear condition where you need to reach the goal without jumping. “Reach the goal without landing after leaving the ground” is great and all, but it means that you’ll lose by falling down. Captain Toad did have a number of instances in which you did need to fall down, so the fact that we can’t replicate this formula in SMM2 perfectly is a bit disappointing.
