Part 4 of my trip to Raleigh, NC is the huge cheat day I indulged in after...Well, after two already pretty big days of eating...But, I'm not in America that often, so it seemed logical!
Now this is nowhere near as insane as the 35,000 Calorie Cheat Day or The 50,000 Calorie Challenge...But it was still a lot of fun, and gave me the opportunity to eat at a lot of places I'd never usually have the chance to eat at!

Nadia 2016 Yes, it is mindless. The majority of people of people that the insult our country have never even visited. That is called being mindless. It can't be all that bad if we are being flooded with immigrants and illegals crossing the border. I've traveled all across the USA, and I've met the most warm and welcoming people. My whole family immigrated from Italy and we all agree this is the best country in the world.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

moral dilemma it isn't mindless because the insults are not towards the American people, but rather the Administration, Govt and foreign policy.

moral dilemma furthermore the US is flooded by immigrants and illegals because it is a nation of immigrants, (aside from the Native Americans who have been persecuted and sidelined in their own country by white Europeans).

That's unfortunate... The Wendy's food in Canada is actually quite satisfying, and in my opinion they still have the best value menu burger that is the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger. I had a cheat day recently with a Triple Baconator, and it tasted great and felt good in my stomach.

Ryan Kovacs Fast food restaurants in the US have in general gone downhill. I remember when KFC was awesome. Yeah, they used to have good food, if you can believe it. Maybe I've just gotten older, but I just can't tolerate most of it anymore. An occasional trip to Del Taco, El Pollo Loco, and either MOD Pizza or Eklectic Pie is all I do anymore.

Little tip for Wendy's, when you order, ask they to add some salt and pepper when they cook it. It's not bad but you're 100% right about there being like no seasoning...which is a shame, because compared to most other fast food places, they use actual fresh beef...but they just don't season it, so unless you're getting something with a good sauce or something, then it's going to taste bland. I doubt you'll see this comment 6 years after the video went up lol

I don't know everything you have tried, but if you make it back to the Raleigh area you should definitely make an effort to eat some of our vinegar based pulled pork barbecue. Jelly and jam are two different things though! Jelly either uses juice or is strained so it has a more uniform texture, whereas jam uses solids so has a rough texture with more "pop" of the fruit used. It's like creamy vs chunky peanut butter.

Recently subscribed to you and I have watched an unhealthy amount of your vids hahaha Great channel, great content, and most of all great guy! I know you have explained how you're not fat but I just can't comprehend it how you have so many and so big cheat days without much effect

Thanks man. it's all just balance. It takes effort to get fat...Like consistently over eating. If I over eat one day, ill under eat for the next few. body will crave homeostasis. has no need to deposit fat.

It wasn't Wendy's you were thinking of, it was probably Wimpy, classic restaurant! They still exist, would like to see you go there one day! Great milkshakes!

not to worry, Beard doesnt push himself too far, if he eats too much he'll pretty much fast the next day and let his body recover.

One of the next best flavor combinations is sweet, salty, and spicy. Occasionally I make us pancakes, but stack them thus: pancake, fried egg, salsa roja, pancake, maple syrup. OMG. This is amazing. Try it.
