I’m a lifelong Bears fan and collect cards and Bears Memorabilia. I have signed rookie cards and photos of Bagent. There’s something about this kid, if he doesn’t get an opportunity to start in Chicago at some point I believe he’s going to get an opportunity to do it somewhere. And I’ve seen this kid work, he’s non stop, eat breathes and sleeps football. He trains like a beast. He’s super humble but also confident in his ability and in his future in the league. There’s only 1 Tom Brady but this kid reminds me of a young Brady. I wish they wouldn’t have announced Williams as the starter and let these kids compete. Williams probably wins no problem but at the end of the day when there’s that what if, it can drive men to do exceptional things or it can expose how some will or will not fold under pressure.

He won’t ever be a starter in this league so what’s so special about this kid again????
@markDwattssr
@markDwattssr Ай бұрын
@@willie8707 for starters he was light years ahead of Fields his rookie year in recognizing the defense and the advantage it gave him on offense. Not all that often but it was there for him when it wasn’t for 30+ game starter Fields. He made rookie mistakes as was expected from a D2 undrafted free agent rookie. He’s already achieved what most thought was impossible coming from his background. The kid works maniacally to get better, that’s probably what makes him so special in a time when pampered athletes are complacent to cash that check and show up only when required to do so. In a time when you can walk into locker room with 0 experience and no time practicing with a team and be anointed the starter….. he still puts the work in

Tyson gonna knock em out! This guy can do it all, he's a baller! Better keep him around or else he will be starting elsewhere in the next few years tops. He looked like a better qb than Justin did at most times and was decisive. Quick release, good reads, anticipation, and can hit the deep ball. Idc what the haters say, I was glad and still am when he puts on that uniform knowing he's gonna make the plays when needed. Killer mentality and mad potential, arrow pointing way 👆 and he's humble 🐻 👇

If Fields was So Terrible that they had to trade him & not all the stuff they would have gotten for the #1 pick away yet they wouldn't put Bagent in over him, what does that tell you? That even they don't think Bagent is as good as a 4th-round player.

@@he-mansuncle7661 Good to hear someone else is willing to admit it. Now if only I could get any one other person to also admit that if "they" were tanking for Caleb this would require undermining Fields. There's a ton of denial among Bears fans. Fields publicly called "his coaches" out after week 7 of '22. This was after they had asked/ordered him to not throw to certain receivers on certain plays. I *know* that at the time _EVERYONE knew_ this was a coaching decision because All The Fans excused it by saying "they had to do this in order to simplify the offense for him because he Can't Read Defenses." After realizing that forcing someone to stop mi-scramble or mid-throw to read a player's jersey # was not simpler than passing to any open receiver, the fans stumbled accidentally onto a perfect lie, "he holds onto the ball too long." Yeah: because he was ordered to not throw to the only open receivers! Still, this worked because I guess fans had a hate boner for Fields. Here's why _I'm_ laughing at Poles & Eberflus though. If 'Flus wasn't the coach sabotaging Fields, at the _very LEAST_ he should have publicly reprimanded Fields for airing things out then conducted an internal investigation. & Poles' entire career could be ended if it turns out the guy he traded for so little isn't so bad. If Fields succeeds anywhere else now they're gonna look the fools. So double-whammy time. Someone spliced Fields' college highlights with those of Caleb. Seen together it's clear that Fields is not only a better rusher kzfaq.info/get/bejne/a7B_ZLOk2taqj4k.html he's a _FAR MORE_ accurate passer. If he's on a team NOT ordering their o-line to allow pass-rushers through unblocked, it's just a matter of time before he regains his form. I wish it had been a better team than the Steelers with one proven WR, one decent TE, some that couldn't make it on most teams & one rookie, but this is the QB who out-scored Mahomes, Allen/Diggs & Tua & Tyreek with Chase Claypool & a #1 WR who couldn't catch passes kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ndKglNySld7eXWg.html that hit him in the hands from weeks 8-10 of '22. He's in the Aaron Rodgers tier of accuracy, has a much stronger arm & can run like he does. I hope they enjoy their at-best 4th-rounder

I wanted to say he has the science of the quarterback position and skills but he needs a swag about himself but after watching this podcast he has it. It’s only a matter of time and you’re gonna be the shit dude. I hope that CW doesn’t lead the league in turnovers because that could cost us the season. I watched alot of tape on Tyson and with the talent we have now on this team if Tyson finds that McMahon attitude he can become a top 5 QB in this league. Tyson you’ll get your shot again I just hope that it’s on this team. Bring that character and attitude and it’s gonna put you over the top my man.

@@foestrang that sounds delusional to me 🤷‍♂️ he anticipates receivers being open even in college, Fields didn’t grasp that at any point so far even after starting what 30+ games? He keeps his eyes down field when on the run always looking to pass, again Fields couldn’t grasp this at any point in his career. Williams is going to be a lot better than Fields ever was or will be IMO. There’s always a chance a QB won’t make it in the NFL no matter how good they were in college. Williams has a lot of tangible skills that should translate nicely to the NFL and that’s partly why he was the #1 pick. So what about his game doesn’t translate to the NFL?
