From what I saw we looked like a complete package yes I understand it is just the first game but as an offensive unit it made me feel like the greatest show on turf years with Stafford and his arm and TIME to throw, our defense looked to me to finally be collapsing better on the balls thrown outside or down the middle. I grew a respect for him in Detroit because he's tough and he never complained, he tried for years to win for the Lions who let him down so many times. He's one of my favorite players in the league and I hope the man wins a championship before he retires. People who never saw him play will hopefully now gain the same respect for him that I and so many others have for him

There is definitely a difference between Stafford and Goff. Stafford it feels like Mcvay can call more creative plays and expand the offense with Goff it felt limited Go Rams this should be a fun season

Bears have a weird habit of starting strong, puttering out and down by two scores, make it game and keep it competitive until the last 10 minutes, then fall apart completely. Sounds oddly specific but the same thing happened in the wild card against the Saints, and against the packers in the last week of the regular season. They honestly have the tools but they keep holding the tools by the business end and hitting with the handle. Have to stop blowing up in key moments.
