Hope yall know this shit doesnt work in game, i used to train like this (quick shots in different corners) and i got really good at it but the second i got in game i conceded six, dont think this is an actual way to train, i wasted months trying to do things like this

Sim, mas acho que ele pode focar em melhorar as passadas laterais. As defesas se tornam mais difíceis porque ele pula de onde está e se tentasse deslocar um pouquinho chegaria mais fácil (e mais longe) na bola.

The drill where your facing backwards is for reaction and also to be able to get a rebound quickly In my goalie trading we did this drill I found it very helpful for improving my timing and stuff My goalie trainer also played pro
