I just came across this. I loved this. I always think who would I pick if I had a chance to hang out with one of the Beasties. I find myself changing my mind all the time. Right definitely The King Adrock, he's a fucking trip. RIP M.C.A Peace and Love ya'll

Pffft! This dude’s soaking his wood chips for two whole days? Amateur... Anyone who knows anything about barbecue knows that you should soak the chips in water for a few minutes, tops. You need smoke, not steam to flavor the meat. For that, the chips need to burn slowly and evenly...and if they’re waterlogged, that ain’t happening. Put down a heavy layer of charcoal in a smoker grill, wait until the coals are hot, place a layer of wood chips on top, throw some nice cuts on the grill, close the lid...and wait. You can’t rush perfection.
