I went to that same town this November to help build homes in Kentucky for a service trip. Very humbling to see the damage and how it affects people. It’s extremely cool to see MrBeast working in the same area that I did

I remember seeing the tornado alert and the storm being so bad it shook the house. I was afraid but I was thinking I lived too deep in Kentucky because tornadoes usually go straight back up when they touch down here, but then one touched down around a mile away from my house and traveled for a mile. Luckily it didn’t travel towards my house but learning about it the next day was an eye opener.

it started in arkansas. i lost my home when they started. still strugling with the housing authority atm. my mom and sister saw the inside of the tornado as it went over theirs.

If he really cared about people, why didn’t he use brick and concrete materials to ensure the homes won’t get easily destroyed by tornadoes again? A group of us took equipment down and cleaned up for a week in Mayfield and Cayce, KY. The damage and destruction was beyond belief. Jaw dropping. I am happy to see others are continuing to help these people. It was disturbing tearing what was left of homes down. Very sobering to say the least. God Bless all my fellow Kentuckians down there. I hope things are getting back to somewhat normal.

I am from Carroll County, Kentucky. while it wasn’t nearly as bad we had a fire in downtown and a bunch of buildings burned down and it was very devastating because I believe the owner of the shop was living in it and she nearly died, maybe MrBeast can help her out and just help out the community as a whole

I have so many friends that were affected by this tornado last year and I can say all the people of Kentucky are thankful for the people who came to help. These communities were devastated but the entire state felt the sadness. Driving through the rubble after was so sad but thanks to kind people we can get those who lost everything back on their feet

@@ifact1961 the area where I live didn’t used to get tornados very often this hasn’t happened a lot not like hurricanes in Florida or Texas we have more earthquakes and the houses can withstand that. Those homes for the most part were not “new development” they were homes that had been around long before tornado ally shifted from Kansa to Kentucky

Me, my husband and our 3 kids lost our house in the December 10th tornado in Graves County Kentucky. It was completely leveled. We still don't have our own house yet over a year later. It would be so amazing to have our own house again! We're currently living in an old house that is falling apart that we were forced to move into because we had no where else to go.

This is amazing the tornado barely missed my town but my cousins who are basically the only people in my family town got hit I was worried did they get hit it’s heart warming to see someone actually cares for small towns like these ones

i know right! i was affected in mayfield, it was truly devastating. i now have ptsd from it but its rebuilt now. almosy took a year.

One of the ladies in this video attends my church, me and my dad showed up the morning following the tornado to help save some of the gifts they had in the house. You could tell the family was just totally distraught. Mr beast you made my day by seeing the happiness on her face in this video!

*I know of a group of people that repaired over 3,500 homes in 3 years after Hurricane Katrina hit and destroyed homes across 3 or 4 sates. Thousands of their members came from all around the world to pitch in and help rebuild these homes. They use their own money or had businesses that had all the supplies they would need for this Herculean task. This group never toot their horn, so neither will I toot it for them. But it's nice to know I belong to such a group that looks after each and every single one of their own brothers and sisters, just as the bible said they should.*

So, I live in a different town in Kentucky, and was watching the radar as it happened, and come to find out the trajectory of that tornado, if it had been on the ground for another 10 minutes it would've hit us. Seeing the aftermath of that monster, was the stuff of nightmares, and it really puts that fear in you that you never know what can happen. On behalf of the people of Kentucky, Thank you so much for helping these innocent people Beast.

I was born in Paducah Kentucky and I have a lot of family that was hit by the tornado. No one died. I’m so thankful for that but seeing beast do things like this gives me hope for society.

My city was hit by an EF3 tornado on March 31, 2023. It caused lots of damage and displaced dozens. The tornado was also huge, and it was only like 1/4 mile away from my house. So, I got lucky. But even the areas that were damaged the worst still wasn't as bad as those towns you helped rebuild. Most of our buildings are built to withstand powerful tornadoes. Though there were some buildings and neighborhoods that weren't tornado-safe and they got almost completely demolished. Reconstruction is going on great and progress is being made. But also thank you so much for helping tornado victims. Tornadoes can so quickly ruin people's lives. I drove through one of our destroyed neighborhoods. It was terrifying and sad that all these people that had happy lives are now without a home, so it really helps that you're helping with reconstruction.
