One of the things I love about how Nick is how he never makes anyone feel bad or look stupid about their level. Even when he was obviously much stronger than some of the contestants he still let the match go on for a bit and made it seem like a struggle 😅.

As an avid arm-wrsetler, I was getting REALLY nervous when you’d look away and turn your head. It adds tension to the arm, and can easily break because of the twist. You have to keep your head straight with arms at all times, just looking ahead.

One of the main reasons I never go hard out the gate with anybody that doesn't have decent form. Gotta ease into it or else you could really hurt them.

Literally everyone, the women included, had better form than him. I never arm wrestle noobs without giving them some basic information on how to be safe. After they learn the basics I just catch and hold until they pin themselves.
