It's actually mostly in the wrists, you have to minimize arm movement as much as possible because it's far too slow

Perhaps slow-motion high-fps footage of yourself playing a fast level would aid in understanding the physics better and would help optimise your movement. Keep in mind that I mean movements of no more than a few centimeters. can't imagine someone actually swinging their arms around like crazy and actually completing this level - too much force and energy would be needed obviously.
