I always suffer so bad from second hand embarrassment, but not with these guys, I agree with above, maybe because they don’t act embarrassed, just laugh or stress and then get on with it.

James's snark is all I wanted for Christmas. Chef vs normal ideas: Have the chef and normal plan, write out their recipe, and lay out all the ingredients they need for it. At the beginning of the challenge swap the recipes and ingredients (without them knowing about the swap). No additional ingredients allowed.

So I'm a pastry chef and from the get-go I knew both Mike and Ben's dish wouldn't bake/set in time but the best part was they both had a plan B, (even though Mikes plan B was to put the whole thing on the plate). It's really crazy to see how much SORTED has learned and grown over the years. Merry Christmas!

A fair normal vs chef challenge would be for the normal to pick a dish and try it out beforehand and the chef just gets the same ingredients and has to come up with something on the spot.

James, and Baz can only eat food they foraged from the forest. For the entire day and can use any kitchen appliance while mike and Ben can’t use the stove or the oven or any source of heat for the entire day and are only allowed to use a single knife as a appliance and at the end of the 3h Jamie judges then and deciders a winner Would love to see the dichotomy between the two

I've been watching sorted for about 6 years now and I love that the channel has grown to be what it is today. I do kind of miss the old videos that didn't have a gimmick and were just recipes, but I find it really amazing that normal people can make something like this. Awww, wanted to give Mike reassurances and a few directions to help him focus--he looked so lost and panicked for a while. He relaxed into it when he went all Zen and accepted the "Lava" brownie as it was.lol! Have to say, I've never seen Ben come so close to a fail. Another great video!

You guys should do a collab with the Sidemen where 2 of the sidemen pair up with a normal to make a semi-difficult dish and then the remaining sidemen and the 2 chefs judge the dishes. Love your videos guys!
