Well done Max! Firstly, I can understand your slight frustration when people call you "professional". To be totally objective, I think the word "professional" can mean 2 different things: 1. You do it full time and are sponsored. Those that know you, know this is not the case and you do it in your spare time, just like a hobby. 2. You damn good at it thus you are a "professional". This is where the truth sits. You are one of the best competitive eaters in the UK. Adam from BMF ranks world 17 but only because he got onto the MLE leader board. I think you could take that crown very easily. The challenge itself was epic! A wing is never just a wing and from what I saw, some of those "wings" looked like a quarter of a whole chicken.

A wing place in Maine does a KGB wing sauce that’s a thick creamy jalapeño pesto aioli type sauce - to die for!! Mango Habanero is another favoring sauce … you can’t dis the traditional Buffalo wing sauce tho ❤
