Speed runners: 100 days challenge, anyways, I beat the game on day 5, and now I have 95 days to play by my own rules This gang of more casual players: I’d rather cause problems for everybody else than win the game myself That’s not to say those 100 day challenges aren’t fun, this is a very creativity based game after all, but it’s also fun to just watch people messing with each other at the expense of advancement.

For those who are unaware, when throwing an item, priority on picking it up is given to the player who logged onto the world first So Joel joined before Grian and Solidarity joined before Scar It doesn't matter who throws it, it doesn't matter who's closer (when both in range), it only matters who joined the world first Minecraft 101

@@notworthyy Not entirely wrong. There is a cooldown before any dropped item can be picked up. It's just that the earlier a player joined, the higher their pickup priority.

I definitely want more content like this! HermitCraft is great, but I find it hard to keep up and I just can’t jump into the middle of a series, I’m not sure if any else feels this way, but that’s my opinion.

Tbf both teams are made of relatively casual Minecraft players so it’s fair to cut them some slack for the inefficiencies, though they are still annoying to watch (they really mined for obsidian rather than using the bucket trick💀)

This was so much fun! I love hermitcraft but it's always so cool to see these kind of one off challenge/competition/collaboration videos (the escape room video with Joel and Impulse also comes to mind). Its so cool watching all the povs, it tells a different story every time. I watched scar first, and it seemed that Solidarity kept killing himself so scar would have to grind, but now i see that it was just grian being a mastermind

this reminds me of the Evelyn Evelyn animatic someone made for the Life series and Grian & Scar (I highly recommend it-the song and the animatic) - Two sets of people combined, either dysmorphic and/or separate personalities not fighting each other but the other pair… Sounds like a really interesting concept for a complex storyline

@@__juniper Right? Like, end of the day they're all friends and don't really care, I fully understand that. As an outside perspective, I just wish there'd been more truces or less straight up "lol you're just dead now". I love chaos like this but maybe I'm just not feeling it today lol. Or maybe cuz it wasn't really from all parties (at least, from Grian's POV).

29:35 Grian's reaction time was on point, went for the pearl but realized he would land before it hit so he went to lava bucket clutch- probably best he didn't land it though or the stuff would've burned🔥

@@Jake28 yes also that- The lava bucket clutch doesn't even work and enderpearls would have worked because they fall faster (Grian should know this because he already did 2 ender pearl clutches is limited life)
