Guy here who made the mod: Like the description says: Savages do not need any pop. It only has the same starting system like Diplomats to not die in the first second of the game. The counter can reach 0 with them and you wont die! :D Also, some Nomad stuff got nerfed in the recent 3.6 update. - energy household is harder now - getting manpower much more expensive - weaker capital ships, the regen seems broken in newer Stellaris versions - much higher ship upkeep Thanks for playing it man!

Good mod.... Is it possible to turn the pop into manpower system into a percentage based system that auto allocates the manpower? Right now it seems to be a thing to micromanage and accidentally forget to do.

@@Exakan well the alternative is to have a generalist job type that in effect spreads out the manpower effect equally and this job is automatically filled by default.

Ep3o, I find Salvagers a good civic for this mod. Early on when you are fighting other empires and pirates and such you can salvage part of their fleets, it lets you snowball even harder, and mitigates some of your losses as the ships you salvage automatically have your weapon setups for those classes.

Imo the ships that you salvage should have the same setup that they originally but with a few changes to kind of show that some of the wreckage didn’t have to be completely replaced.

@@TheContingency25x well, then they would either stagnate like event ships, which would essentially make them useless, or all their uniqueness would be removed the first time you upgrade them because there are no blueprints in your list that the game could use

Creator here: Very well. Manpower "pops" do not require any further calculating. Its done via scripts in the mod and they stay how they are. You can have thousands or more of them, and the game will not lag.

@@Exakan I started a game with them the other day, and definitely noticed this. Granted, the ships are NOT balanced for mods like ACOT, but it is incredibly nice to be able to get to endgame in a single sitting for once, so thank you for this wonderful origin.

In 343’s Halo, the UNSC Infinity and sister ship Eternity were being made in the event of a total Covenant victory, wherein the last vestiges of humanity would flee upon the highly advanced live ships and attempt to journey deep into uncharted space, so as to survive and live peacefully aboard the ships. Whether or not they would eventually attempt to colonize worlds, I couldn’t say.

Creator here: Yes. Its done with much easier math compared to the code and all checks of pops. You can have THOUSANDS of it and it wont lag.

I always play vanilla (autosave on quit on ironman is way too convenient), but this is the first mod that makes me want to play it. Space nomads? With unique mechanics? Awesome!

I've actually wanted to be able to continue for a long time when I'm out of planets but still have ships. RP moderately so play the last resistance. This mod is probably the closest thing to it.
