I met John, Paul, George, and Ringo after their performance in Seattle back in 1966. My sisters and their friends took me. It was in the coliseum. I have never witnessed anything so loud. The screams were louder than the Beatles. As a ten year old boy, I wasn’t sure what was going on? My parents friend was a reporter for the Seattle Times so we all were seated next to him. After the show he was able to get to the Beatles for a quick interview and my sisters held their composure and ask if they could get their albums signed? The Fab Four agreed and hand signed each album. I have one of them and as I got older I realized I just witnessed something that would change the music world forever. I started collecting at age eleven and I will tell you, this couple has outdid me. Absolutely amazing collection. These pieces are just incredible. I hope if their sons don’t take these to carry on their parent’s tradition, that a Beatles Museum displays and treasures them. One of the best videos representing this iconic group. 🍏✌️

The photos from when they met Paul are taken in one of the rooms at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts where I used to take classes :) I had the utmost honour of getting to write with Paul last year, and he really is as gracious and wonderful as these guys make out. A brilliant collection and a wonderful story!

Absolutely mind blowing! You both are "my" people. I just turned 56 and have a major love for the Fab Four. When I was born in '65 the nurses at the hospital called me the "Baby Beatle" due to my mop head when I was born =). I have a number of things but your collection just blows me away. SO AWESOME!! I did just get the card stock poster of the '64 NEMS (orange background) picture of the 4. From my research, the card stock poster appears to have been used as record store promos. Who knows?? Anyway, would sure love to see your collection one day. You are very nice people with big hearts. It is quite obvious. Thank you for opening your doors for us to see!!

WOW…..& I thought I was a big Beatles’ fan. I’m 71, & never stopped loving them since hearing “I Want To Hold Your Hand”…and watching them on Ed Sullivan when I was 12. This memorabilia is out of this world for sure. I would be thrilled to just meet Judy & Alex one day !

Blimey! what a collection, I went to see Paul at Wembley Arena London in 1990 when he came on with rousing applause a light shone straight up to me and my friend and Paul was waving at us, what are the chances. Also I was lucky enough to see my darling George at The Royal Albert Hall in London in 1992 on my birthday of all days I got right at the front and as I was singing along with anything George was singing I think he noticed that as he leaned over and said 'Hello' I will NEVER forget that I love the Beatles as a one person but my favourite solo one is George. Ringo came on near the end and got on the drums so apart from John I have seen the other three, as you say they make us happy that really is what it's all about.❤

My house is full of The Beatles, as I have been collecting since Feb. 1964 and even though I have a lot of the same things you have, I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY by yor collection, so much so, that I couldn't watch the whole video, out of my own jealousy. It was torture, but a fine torture.

Really enjoyed seeing and hearing about your collection, it took me back to when I was a young lad in the 60's. When I was about 9 my eldest sister took me twice [reluctantly] to watch a Beatle concert at our local theatre in the South of England, I remember hearing very little due to the screaming girls, but it did start my lifelong admiration of all things 'Beatle'. Would love to see Paul live, but I guess I'm going to settle with KZfaq for my Beatle fix? Thank you both once again, great video.

Loved this! Just saw a wonderful Beatles tribute band play with a full orchestra. They were wonderful, but I'll never forgive myself for not seeing the actual group. I could have! They were here in L.A. I was here. What ever was I thinking!!!

I'd love to visit Thier house . They have Soo much stuff still in it's original packaging. I've wanted a pair of winkle pickers (Beatle boots) since I was a kid but , mom was far too practical. I own three pair now , in different colors. I've met quite a few celebrities in my life but have never been impressed by any of them but , there are a couple I've actually wanted to be able to meet , if only to just say hello or shake Thier hand so , I can only imagine those twos excitement upon meeting two of Thier music idols.

Boy did I go wrong, I put all my money into Freddie and the Dreamers. Very cool collection, really brings back memories of when I was a kid and everything was The Beatles. I've collected many albums over the years, and listening to the various releases brings me a lot of joy, so I can understand. Good luck on your quest.

I think a museum would be better. Moving everything around, stuff will ultimately get lost or damaged. The Liverpool Beatle museum or the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame etc. I think would have a much better chance of preserving it for future generations. Beautiful idea and well done!!

Have you listened to the short on YT Music called, "Why Music Matters," about the Beatles? They point out that it is a "shared experience" to love the Beatles. When we're loving the Beatles we are all on the same wavelength. So when we're loving the music so are millions of other people around the world at the same time.

Incredible accumulation, zero doubt there. My question to this couple and all Beatle “heavy-hitter collectors” though is; what happens when you breathe your last? Will this stuff get to a museum where it needs to be? Any Elvis collectors want to speak up on this as well?

Well, that is just brilliant. Unbelievable actually, and what a generous couple to consider donating it to a museum. I love their enthusiasm. If possible, a pop up museum is a great idea. There would be millions of baby boomers who would love to see this. As for me the top piece of Beatles memorabilia, apart from their guitars, would be the number 0000001 White Album owned by Lennon, but that sold for $1m, so that's definitely out of reach.

husband jerry - me and three of my friends were in a field that we werent supposed to be in , a cop came and asked us our names ( now this is 1974 ) we told him our names were john paul george and ringo - i remember he thought the name ringo was weird but he wrote down the names in his little book and told us to leave - we left but always wondered what the other police thought when they heard that - they must have laughed at him for throwing the beatles off that field - i think that night we found the only cop that didnt know the beatles we couldnt and still to this day cant believe it !

This is all high end memorabilia. Makes you wonder what they do for a living to be able to afford this type of collection especially in such a short period of time.

What software do you use to catalog your records?

I saw on the lunch box collection that the Hard Day's Night and Beatles for Sale lunch boxes are out of order. A Hard Day's Night came after With the Beatles and before Beatles for Sale. Beatles for Sale was their fourth album preceding the Help album. Just FYI. Don't know if the order was intentional or not though anyway.

Were you able to obtain the signed Lyrics by McCartney?

For some reason looking at the thumbnail I thought this was a bunch of recent junk -- I am awed and have to say: How mistaken I was! On the other hand, looking at the plethora of signed items I have to express my disgust -- do you not realize that there are innumerable children in Third World countries who will never have even one single Ringo autograph (or one autographed Ringo single)!

This is just so... obvious. There must be at least a thousand of couples plus all those individual collectors like these in the world. I'm obsessive fan but their music - and that I can hear it in any form any time - is fine by me. The Beatles is like the Moon landing - something that human race did right. You can never go wrong with The Beatles.

I've seen better....but NOT by much. Truly outstanding collection..all items are mint or near mint. Amazing. Love the Butcher covers...including the 2nd state. I'm working on getting a 2nd state myself.... When trying to collect Beatles, there are several ways to go : 1. Eye candy - All the cool collectible stuff, toys, trays, posters, coloring books, etc. 2.Ear candy - Vinyl collecting. You will spend a lifetime getting 1st pressings, Picture sleeves, etc. 3. A combination of 1 and 2 above
