I didn't receive the keys to tighten all screws and nuts, tried many times for the customer care number but they didn't pick up the call , after Sale No service

True, no after sales for troubleshooting and repairs Waste of money I am unable to use my cycle as the pedal keeps coming out within 2 mjbs of pedalling. Have tightened it lot of times

Same here even I am having issues with left pedal. I fix it tighten it It remains for 2 mins then keeps coming out while pedalling I am unable to use the cycle because of it. Any suggestions

I like to share my experience with beatXP exercise bike. The build of quality of beatxp like is really good. I have been using the trainer regularly and there has been no wear and tear. The belt is really stable and no creaking noise. If you are looking for a perfect exercise cycle this is the one.

Hi can you pls help me I have this bike but as I pedal within 2 mins the left side pedal comes out . It unscrew itself while pedalling I have to keep screwing it up again and again

then you need to raise a complaint and explain there is an issue in your bike, then company first will dispatch new paddles in your home address with in 3-4 days, then after delivery company executive will come in 3 working days to install the new paddle.

Never ever buy beatxp products. Customer care support is not happening. After sales service pathetic. I paid installation charges rs.550 online, after 25 days I had to cancel it, because their technician had not turned up for installation. I was tired of 📞 there Customer Support. No use....
