Awesome mansion!! It’s a shame that it’s being demolished, would be nice if they could salvage lumber since it’s so expensive these days. Another great video from the handsome Terry!

You find all theses beautiful retro style homes or mansions and they get demolish it's funny how people have more money then cents and yet there are many people out in the streets being homeless and looking for shelter it's a little bit unfair I think but Terry and Ethan and Carlo thank you so much for a great tour of this beautiful home as you document these so well.

I Love the mid century modern homes, they're going extinct though, one by one. The stair railings and the mantle of the first fireplace however are not mid century modern, I guess they were bad choice replacements. Thanks for the tour Terry, I haven't gone anywhere. 🤠👍

cool house. They are making a big mistake in tearing down these exceptional sprawling MSM houses. Historic anecdote- People used to install their old kitchen cabinets & working appliances in the basement as a second kitchen when the upstairs one got a remodel. Not much more retro than that amazing pale-turquoise double-oven. 🔷💙
