The original mv was released last May on Dimash's birthday as a gift to his Dears. He asks that we continue to support him as he reaches for his dreams. He also asks that he never does anything to disappoint us and he never needs to ask for forgiveness. This is beautiful. Mansur, age 17, is attending the same music college Dimash attended. He is a multi-instrumentalist and composer. He wrote "Together" which Dimash released on Mansur's 16th birthday as a gift. This is magical.

You HAVE TO listen to this with captions on - the lyrics are one of the best there. I can't imagine someone who can't relate to them and... they speak a lot about the person Dimash is. Love this song, simply love it.

This is an original song (music and lyrics) by Dimash himself, who gifted this song to his fans on May 24, 2023, on his birthday! The song talks about "life" and how grateful and passionate he is for that life! He also begs that life not make him suffer or regret! Here Dimash sings accompanied by his brother Mansur (Abilmansur) who is a multi-instrumentalist and they have already played together on the song "Together" written by Mansur himself!

This version is one of my favorites, since it is soulful and gorgeous

Great explanation of all the nuances in Dimash's vocal and compositional toolkit. A Master Class indeed, and you; WordSmith are a skillful Teacher also. Lovely to see the brothers performing together. Skilled guitar playing from Mansur { who is also a stunningly good looking young man BTW! } They chose their parents well, didn't they! Both musicians, singers and great genes too! And yet; in Omir, Dimash acknowledges that his life has it's own unique challenges, that he is attempting to navigate. He carries the privilege, but also the weight of the - sometimes excessive - expectations of others, of his millions of Dears. He is a Cultural Ambassador for his country, his culture. { no small responsibility! } And, he acknowledges that his culture has been a solid grounding force. At the same time he has evolved into a truly International Artist. He has absorbed, and now reflects in his creativity, not only multiple genres of music, but alongside these; and his wide travels, multiple cultural influences also. What does this mean for him personally? Inevitably there will be challenges and tensions and divisions beween his maturing, evolving persona, and his traditional roots, and no doubt familial expectations also. Not an easy path. In this song he asks that 'we' forgive him if he pivots to new and unexpected directions, if he makes errors, has failures - just like any other human! It's impossible for any person to stay on the 'perfection pedestal'! So... where to from here? Who knows! What we DO know is that whatever Dimash does in future it with be not only with the same commitment to excellence, but also with his same authenticity and integrity.

You often make mention of the fact that you probably stopped in a bad place. Sometimes that's true sometimes it's not but here's the fix that most reactors use. Back it up 5 seconds before restarting the video, then you never miss a note You never miss a transition etc.

Knowledgeable people, when speaking on their favored subjects in detail, often apologize and self-efface: "I'm being a nerd; sorry" or "Sorry for ranting like that." Whoever taught them to hide their passion and keep their knowledge to themselves is a criminal. "In vain have you acquired knowledge if you do not impart it to others." Always share. Teach, spread knowledge and do not apologize for it. Anyone unreceptive to impassioned knowledge is trash and should not be listened to regardless. So be nerdy. Rant, ramble, discourse and dissemble. As I will quote forever, "The more human the call the deeper our response." The passion itself is engaging and the teaching useful. What more can be asked for?

I respect Mansur as a brother of Dimash but having said that i read too exaggerated compliments towards him for not valid reasons..In this video Mansur just accompany Dimash and play the guitar in a normal way without nothing of special..I suspect that all these exaggerations towards him is just because is the brother of Dimash..Mansur is very lucky of being the brother of Dimash..And for me the real and true protagonist of this acoustic live version of the song Omir is Dimash that play the piano and as always sing divinely and perfectly..The Boss King Angel Dimash Forever

Cut off the English lyrics? The Eurasian fan club translated and not everyone understands Kazakh! This is the first time Dimash has written lyrics, and this is his most intimate composition. Your reaction leans heavily to the technical; kudos on your knowledge, and for noting Dimash's ability to move listeners no matter the language-- but this song is unique and especially moving for its very personal meaning and message, which you have the choice to let (or not let) your viewers in on.

Sorry to say this is the first of your reactions I did not enjoy. For the first time I felt that your need to show off your technical knowledge and vocabulary completely overcame review of the performance and all performers. No mention at all of a classically accomplished and super professionsl acoustic guitarist who is only 17 years old?
