Real Estate prices in the Philippines does not make any sense. Better to put your money elsewhere. Yes what you are paying for is location but an old and broken down house located in an exclusive village will be priced the same as a newer house at the same village just because of the ‘value’ of the land. Prices should be based on comparable properties around the area not just thinking of a random price out of the blue, this is the reason why prices in the Philippines are exorbitantly high.

It’s a nice home but, this is just 250 Million Pesos or perhaps even 275 Million at most… This is just priced ridiculously. Sayang. Would probably even buy it at 300 maybe… maybe… but anything beyond that is just plain outrageous.

Yung lot pa lang almost 200M na. Don’t just look at the house. Hindi yan nkatayo sa lupa ng NHA na pede mo hulogan ng ₱500/month.

You’re actually paying for the location, coz it’s inside an exclusive, gated subdivision and house prices inside the most elite exclusive subdivisions here are ridiculous.
