It’s amazing how much these girls are allowed to do to a place they don’t own. Seems like the owners give them free reign. She did an amazing job on this apartment. I hope she is able to enjoy it for a long time

In China once the landlord has a tenant they cannot use their powers at their will or change the payment without consulting the local office because as much as the landlord's home matters so do the life of the person living in it does.. Its equal-equal rights. The landlord cannot kick the tenant out at their will before the time of contract. This contract is registered with the local town/city office. In the case of this girl do not believe the titles of these videos... I have seen these videos as personal uploads on original accounts.... most of these are home owners.... In China the tenant cannot make changes to the home without asking the landlord... and the amount of changes that can be made to a home are limited in double digits if this building is owned by the housing society. This girl is a home owner yes... this is her own home that is why she has waved so much money at it. It also say so in her tutorials.

It's awesome she did this but I hope her rent is cheap reflecting what the apt was at pre-renovation rate and that she has a contract with the owner that her rent cannot go above a certain percentage higher per year for x number of years say at least 2-3 or even 4, bc she basically renovated this apt for free. Ie owner could charge her $800-$1000 more for rent each month or do so one year later, or kick her out a year from now to move someone else in they can charge higher monthly rent now the apt is renovated

And to lengthen his leash for him to have chance to play moving around??? Where my dad owns a flooring business, it always bothers me to see people not staggering wood, or tile/lvp that looks like wood. You want it to have a more natural look and matching up the seams every other plank/tile, making a pattern out of it, doesn't look good or flow well.

En el baño hubieran puesto un minilabavo para que tan grande, mejor la regadera aunque sea unos cm más grande, así tan pequeña no se puede uno no hagachar si se cae el jabón 😂😂😂😂😂
