you have to develop a whistle register, not many ppl have this

Your throat has to be totally relaxed and open. You cannot strain or tighten it at all or else it will not produce the sound you want and could be very painful. It will take a lot of practice and I actually wouldn't recommend it because a lot of coaches say it's not good for your voice anyway.

Hi im 12 it's actually very easy I did it all by myself with no vocal teacher there is am excessive you can do and all you do is say how but push air out and go a higer note till you make a whistle sound btw I unlocked my whistle register when I was 11😁

Wow...something you don't hear very often! The control that she has within that range is amazing. There's a lot more people that can get to that note then people that can control their voice at that note.

Up until a couple years ago she didn’t even know she could 😂 she was just doing seagull impressions and people suggested she try actually singing something and she discovered the whistle register

HUMANS! if you want to attempt this, you need to make sure your vocal range is HIGH if it's not, you could break your voice. so make sure you practice getting higher and higher once you feel ready MAKE SURE YOUR THROAT IS WET AND THAT YOU A WELL HYDRATED!!!! and just, scream and high as possible
