Lovely house. Lovely furniture and finishing area. My preference is for a four bedroom house, preferably mainly all in the ground floor. A bit of an ask I know.👍👍

Absolutely loved this house. I love the space it offers. Not too crazy about the kitchen cabinets and the road but I absolutely love the rest of the house

Hello Rania, there is a house cum guesthouse for sale, within that range, I mean buying a a house is great, but it does not make any returns!. Here is a guest house, with a bar, VIP lounge, and more so with a garden, U can host; birthdays, Kwanjula meeting, graduations, all that is money coming in and there is parking as well. The home owner chose to have an extra closet in the bathroom instead, to add more storage but his and hers bathroom would be great choice too.

A combination of factors help to determine the price of the home, number 1 being the value of the land & its location. If someone wanted to buy the property, the kitchen can be adjusted to suite client’s taste.

Ugandans homes look great but the drainage system outside is not well thought about, the roads aren't tamaced so I can imagine the chaos if they had heavy rain, these homes would flood
