@@matildetessari9425 Dear Matilde, it's very easy to write your own pattern. I watch the video and write the instructions on a legal pad, line by line. When I've completed transcribing the pattern, I check for accuracy by just LISTENING, while I follow each step I have written. Our instructor is not only a gifted knitter, she's extremely accurate. Transcribing your own pattern is an excellent way to truly learn, understand and OWN the sequence of stitches, instead of having it written for you. I find the transcribing enjoyable, relaxing and fascinating. I keep a binder of the finished pattern instuctions, including the sample I knit. How fortunate we are to have this wonderful woman in our lives. I LOVE the name Matilde :-)
