I sorry to say but, Mr. Frederick. The Black floors did it for me. There's to much remodeling to be with this. I do love the house. It's just outdated for me.

Small correction an en suite or sometimes called an on suite is a bedroom with it's own private bathroom. An inlaw suite is a small completely seperate apartment or dwelling in the back yard or somewhere on the property or it is attached but completely self-contained with a bathroom, bedroom, small kitchen and living area.

That’s what I thought to but construction workers and appraisers told me an in-law suite is a bedroom with its on bathroom that isn’t the master and what you’re describing is a guest house

I love the commentary during these showings. You think about everything - cleaning, furniture that could fit, etc. It’s very helpful and entertaining. I’ve seen matte black bamboo flooring but like you said that shiny black will be too much work.
