Amen ! Victoria, I can see that “ God is working His purpose out “ in your and Richard’s lives from the beginning. You were both so creative, your paths crossed, you loved each other and your names, joined together, would become world famous and represent fabulousness ! I can see, too, why He would allow you to lose everything you had built up because He knew that He could trust you both to represent Him properly … that you didn’t love Him just because you were rich in worldly goods…. you knew , and have proved that you could trust Him too ( just like Job ! ) 🌟. I also see that the new owners would NEED to keep the name ‘ MacKenzie-Childs ‘ so that many people who were drawn to the faceless ‘ fabulousness ‘ would find their way to the dear face of the ‘ original ‘ where they would learn about the God that is her proven and trusted Friend , and so help to fill the earth “ with the glory of God as the waters cover the sea 🌟🌎🌟🌍🌟🌏🌟

THIS COMMENT is a chapter in the BIBLE! I have often thought that we are all walking Bible stories, new ones as whilst yet also translations of the Word, making it come to life in the ways of our own days. Christine, I don’t know who you are but I know you are a scholar of the scriptures and a scribe of the Science … the repeatable, demonstrable testimony for all to embrace. Thank you ever so mych for your contribution. I often think of Job. It was easy whilst all was humming along for him and his compatriots to love God, but when his world seemed to collapse round him, his health, his comfort, and his friends fled, could he yet love God? God was ALWAYS with him, no matter what he allowed to overcome. When he recognized this, the God who always Loved Job, was ever present. This recognition was a test and a testimony to our unbreakable atonement … at-one-ment, which we celebrate -and the mist falls way to a brand new day as seen from a height peak in our walk of the narrow way. Thank you ever so much

Being married to a truly inventive man, who followed after his father, they could fix anything on the farm and workshop using what they had on hand or they would make parts to repair. I had a helpers job I gathered up bits and pieces and kept them in glass jars! This was so appreciative when they were looking for that screw, piece, or odd metal bit! As you point out they don’t teach these skill today, and there is a buy new mentality which loses our pioneer spirit, of make do, make over, or do without! Blessed and safe days!

Howdy Victoria! Great to see another video. 😍 My parents owned a small Church, I grew up there. So many memories, when we had to sell out, I kept the sign out front, the chair my Mom sat at playing her guitar, and the piano. 😀 I have played piano in church since I learned at 4. I loved this video. It took me back indeed, to a better time. I still have a box of my Moms old songbooks...with their yellowed pages of time,, thank you for your time in posting videos. Have an awesome day. It's chilling out finally in Texas, Yeehaw! 🙂

Vickie, your stories are alive. I see every move so clearly, as if I am right there AT the very time! Now, we must work hard to ensure that the “better time” is very much at hand. The Master said, “look, the fields are now already white with harvest.” You know how, when fields of oats are at the end of growth the little papery covers on the oat berries become bleached by the sun snd it is a sign of harvest time? Well he meant by that statement that “now is the accepted time, behold bow is come salvation”. So we are in the very very best time. Thought is ripening into sweeter, fruits. Folks are awakening to finally be alert, actively perusing the higher standard, to leaving their false hope in the “science” of medicine, awakening to its corruption, to the corruption in education, even in religion and most certainly in human government. This means more and more we are forced to rely upon our ever- present Father~Mother, God! Finally, we are ready to be gathered together in Christ’s name and build a strong spine for the fortification of our nation, and, by example, fore our world, eh?👍

Diana, so good to hear from you. I hope you keep commenting. Hey, what a swell sport! My mother enjoyed thinking of one thing one could collect in multiples, as it made it especially fun to have one little thing to collect and enjoy the discovery. She used to collect brass candle sticks so at breakfast lunch and dinner, Daddy would light all the candles and oh what a sight. He said it is not good manners to have a candle at the table unless it is to be lit, so we ate our porridge by candle light!😁. Isn’t that funny? I love the idea of collecting hymnals. Do you play the piano or the organ?

Oh my! At the first sight of the old pews I rejoiced in knowing they were in your gentle care. I could feel the pews rejoicing too, as they had such a rich history. Even before I knew you were going to sing at the end of the video I could see the sap that remained in the wood vibrating once again. Those of us that had the privilege of not being given a whole lot when we were young learned how to improvise and use what we have. The younger ones in our country need us to be there to encourage them to reuse things as the shortages start to surface. I treasure these pews that you shared with us, just I treasure the wooden floors of my school in which I teach, where if one lifts up the carpeting the holes where the old desks were nailed to the floor still exist! The building was built in 1924. There is something so very valuable in preserving old things as it is a bond with the wisdom that went before us.

Thank you, dear Kristin, About repurposing, I see it from the serious side, to care for our environment with as little discarded as possible by using whatever we have, instead of consuming and disposing. And, I think what keeps it a delight for me, besides the satisfaction in having come up with a solution to make useful, to make life better for us and for others, but also the play! Yes, the sport of it! The challenge, and the head scratching of it. Such a thrill, is it, that it keeps me happy in doing something good for sll in the end, but doing something gleeful in the process!

I love the old church pews. There is a reverence about them that reminds us to be “still and know that God is with us, around us and in us”. I was sad when our church removed the hymnals and then the pews and replaced them with folding chairs and words projected up on the wall accompanied by loud noisy drums and electric guitars. Your pews tell a story of lives that were saved, forgiveness that was granted and fellowship was enjoyed. Thank you

Diann, what beautiful writing. When people want me to write a book, I often think, “I should just make a book of the writings on KZfaq! “ It is so often hitting the crux of the matter. It answers to so many facets of the times and of timeless lessons yet to be drawn from and more deeply understood. I know just what you are speaking of. Christianity meets the current need, not by appeasing the wrestlesness of fashion movements so much as by the ever revealing of our advancement in Spirit rather than in the noise of the worldly. It is as if the Christians want to attract but they tend to do so by lowering the high requests of the Master Christian. But it is so simple when following, honestly, the teachingscsndcthevdeeds. It is plain before us. Most of the churches have shut down like sheep following untried spirits, and opened but now with such dishonor, with all the fisoeringvofcbeautiful folks faces, distsncing and all the non-sense, Jesus paid no mind to. Our job is to rise above the matter based dream AND lies to try to keep people down with fear. But fear would have no hold if the understandingvofcthexChristvSpiritvwas ever truly sought and followed. But I think they have notcrwalkycfollowwd but in some kind of ritualistic way, which is the anti-Christ. Now they are woke. With repentance ( definition of recent: to rethink), they shall find their way back. I could say much more. But it is not the place. Our real job now is to put our finger on the lips🤫 and judge righteous judgment and we shall keep our thought spot on. It doesn’t take an army to heal the world. Just one with God is a majority!

It also makes it be less and less if we cannot make it more and more because the alga rhythm sends it out to more only if the watchers are already growing to be more and more! So we pray every day to know if this is how God is expressed for His children. Every step we take, we listen and THEN take the step. Today’s video had better view shop. I’m so glad and hopeful. I don’t remember ever seeing curved pews. There’s a look of “invitation to sit” about them. Or maybe it’s “invitation to gather. This would be great seating at a dinner table as long as the people in the inside didn’t have to get up and go out of the room often during a meal. Of course, if you put the kids in the middle, they would take great delight in slipping off the pew to go under the table. (At least some kids I know and love would be up to that)

Yes! Like this one!!! When I am in a window seat in an air plane I stand up with my stocking feet and walk across the arms of the seats, politely saying “excuse me as I travel”. The people are so shocked they just let me do it and some times we become friends in the process of being trapped. So I also am very good at limboing over the back of a settle or a pew, or, climbing over loaves UNDER!😃
