Looks like one of those coffee spill backgrounds that you can do in LaTeX. (that silly package is called "coffeestains" - I guess TeXies have a lot of time on their hands).

Very nice. I have a quick technical question that you might be able to answer. In book mode one can add "part" as one does in LaTeX. However, I have not be able to figure how to add some sort text (not the title) to those parts. I know that one can add unnumbered chapters but that is not the same. Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Takk

I am currently doing my Masters and will hopefully soon be doing a PHD. Your videos are really helpful; thank you! Can you do a video on doing citations (maybe with the goal of creating a thesis document through Quarto)? At least for me, that would be really amazing :)

As a matter of fact, I'm planning to do a vid on Quarto citations, cross-references, and bibliographies in the next month or two. Stay tuned!

I did not move from RMarkdown to Quarto becuse the lack of setup chunck and the need to type every chunck options, I liked to have the most used options as point and click.
