Wow I guess we are all similar that’s why we are listening to this. Life is hard for sure. I’m at one of my worst points in my life. I don’t understand why I have this major anxiety and why I have to suffer like this. It’s incredibly hard. Has anyone healed from health anxiety?

Hi Tina, any anxiety, depression, addiction, etc. can be traced back to frequent experiences in childhood that we felt as traumatic. I had good parents who did the best they could, but they didn't know how to nurture me and help me feel safe. Most of my life, I suffered from self-doubt, depression, loneliness, ADHD and perfectionism, and only after listening to Dr Gabor Maté explain that my anxieties, addictions and depression had roots in my childhood, have I been able to heal by going back to my childhood memories with self-compassion and understanding. Now, I have gradually been releasing the grief, sadness and loneliness that I had suppressed for so long as a young, sensitive child. I am finally becoming whole again, and reclaiming the parts of me that had split off from my consciousness because they were too difficult and painful to bear, as a child. Best wishes in your own compassionate journey to wellness!

Weird thing just happened whilst listening to this music I'm feeling down so chilling out putting this on all of a sudden the notes had words in my head so I wrote them down almost a poem from loved ones in heaven thought I'd share.
