Still one of my favourites. I love how the dining and kitchen is separated from the living room area. This is how the houses should be, and not open concept where your messy kitchen is always visible to everyone haha. Thank you 😊

I love this home, but like other people have said where is the refrigerator? I love how the office has all that light. I love how all the rooms have bookcases as I am at avid book reader. And I love the pantry because we never have enough room for all your things when you’re a cook. My question is where would I get the plans for this house and is there an average cost to build it?

8:23 lower left corner, the baseboard continues across the doorway. If done in reality, this would present a severe tripping hazard, but it is a minor mistake that could easily be corrected ( along with the apparent lack of a refrigerator in the kitchen). This is still a magnificent design!

Overall, I really like this house. I like the layout and clear division between rooms, particularly the living room from the kitchen/dining area. Also, being able to close off the home office is wonderful. Just a couple of questions/quibbles. First, I couldn't make out where the refrigerator was in the kitchen; thank you though for including a dishwasher. Second, in the primary bathroom, I think you accidentally put the shower head over the bathtub instead of in the separate shower stall. Still, it's a gorgeous house and I wish I could build something like it. Thank you for sharing it with us.

I like this house the most. There are some things, that for me, I would make adjustments as “Do I really need this in the bedroom? Something else I could use the space for, or design for the other side of that wall with adjustments. Remember, whatever you see about the house and love, there can be adjustments done to take away and add anywhere. And of course, where is electricity and hot water tank. Don’t need a tank with point of use. It takes less room and it would be up to the electrician where the panel goes. These are all practical things that can be changed to “make it your own” without really disturbing the original beautiful design, layout and well thought out ease of paths through house. But, best yet. I’d want to buy some land out there and build this house and be completely content.

This house is absolutely divine. Just a few adjustments needed and it's perfect.

The furniture here is hit or miss with me but the layout? The beautiful blue exterior? The fact that it has an office space with built in shelving? That MONSTEROUS PANTRY THAT COULD SHELTER A DOOMSDAYS WORTH OF RATIONS? THAT OPEN KITCHEN?????? You know what? I live here now. (Manifests the house into reality and summons a nice town and neighborhood with put it in.)

I like the house, the rounded room is my favorite,so fancy the decor, it´s much like a dream

Well put together video! Overall, I like the floor plan.... Having said that, I'm not a fan of entering the home straight into either the living room or kitchen. I prefer a hallway with a space to hang coats/jackets up and to put ones shoes...

I really liked the Interior Decor & the Over-all Floor Plan. The Exterior is nice especially the back porch with the Fireplace! The plan looks like it would accommodate a Wrap-Around Porch, which would connect the two Porches! That would put a Porch where the Side Door is. I always look for a Garage & I'm sure there would be a way to put one on the property without losing the Window Space of the House! These "Tiny Houses" are a Lovely Option for a Retirement & would be ideal on the Back of a Son or Daughter's Property for "Mom & Dad"!

A good, logically laid out house. Inside the entry instead of the console I'd add a place or closet to hang coats and a bench for removing footwear. The study could also be used as a play area for small children or a TV/gamers den for older ones. The kitchen is a good size, and there's more space in the huge pantry. Those that like to hang their clothes out will appreciate the door out from the laundry room. The master bedroom has a very large walk-in closet. Overall, and excellent plan, with just a couple of little computerized glitches noted by others.

Looks to me like the oven is on the left side of the sink area & the Dishwasher on the right from the stove area. Oh, by the way you have a nice kitchen Island; only problem no cabinet door space under the island. Or it could be just a shady spot there.

Nice layout, but I'm confused. Where's the refrigerator in the kitchen? Is there an oven? A microwave? Where's the dishwasher? I can clearly see the sink and cook top, but the other appliances appearances and locations aren't clear. The separate laundry space is really good, and that big walk-in pantry is fantastic! I LOVE the tub in the hall bath so much more than the one in the master bath! I'd put the exact same tub in the master and reconfigure the space to have a w.c. for the toilet and have a different shower space. Since that bathroom is already a "bump-out" space, I'd make it a bit larger to accommodate the larger tub, a rectangular shower and a water closet. The walk-in closet in the master is super nice! That office space is also a plus! The secondary bedrooms are well-sized and appear to have good storage. And that secondary bathroom is excellent! Just a couple of small adjustments, and it's near perfection.

Beautiful house but yet a few questions about the kitchen. Where is the refrigerator and it looks like you put the dishwasher beside the stove top and the oven beside the sink. It should be the other way around. ❤

Wow.....I love this design more than any I've seen!! Would love to have this one built. I have a beautiful back yard.....so I really like the back of the house with that fireplace.

❤it's missing a front entry or a mud room. Everyone needs storage for coats & boots etc. Also, the master bath doesn't need that tiny corner shower when they have a huge, deep rectangular tub with a shower nozzle up high. They just need a curtain. Instead of that huge pantry maybe it should be all around storage, xmas trees, books, tools etc. & lastly I'd love even just a couple small niches on top of the bottom kitchen cupboards that show all the way through to the living room so you still have separation & divide but whoever's cooking can see what's going on or feel a part of it. Possibly little arched cutouts or something, & dining room definitely needs an overhead chandelier so does living room. Otherwise it'd be my perfect home.

I love the design, it's beautiful. Although looking at the kitchen I noticed one thing missing. I saw stove/oven and dishwasher but no refrigerator. Where would that go?

Lovely design but no fridge guess it will go in the laundry hmm as the stove is in the way which is where i would put the fridge and do away with the shelves also the stove could go on the wall where the cooker is and the cooker can go on the breakfast bar still no storage i.e. linen cupboard storage for cleaning gear like vacume mop bucket suitcases ironing board where do these designers come from? just out of school? Really you thought of everything else but the heart of the home bedrooms are only to sleep in the busiest part is the kitchen back to the drawing board guys

Where is the fridge? Why is there a track on the floor that you need to step over to get in the office space?

The layout of the kitchen perplexes me. Why is the oven next to the sink and the dishwasher next to the stove? And do these people not need a refrigerator?

Almost 2300 sq ft is not cobsidered small to my mind. But now that I've seen it, I really like it. Just one small thing, it's just preference, I need a wall for my dining hutch. And a actual vent to outside over the range.
