I wish you could offer a "rent to own" option. I know these are not just "senior" only properties. However, there is a portion of potential owners who are over 65 & cant afford the down payment required. Due to the amount they receive from their fixed income.

Such a beautiful house. Air bnb’s are exactly what you should do if you are interested in possibly going Tiny. We stayed in the cutest tiny home located in The Forest at ITH for two weeks just to get a feel before we bought one. Now we have a home that we just love!

I wanted to go tiny but I couldn't find any land. So I settled for an 850 sq foot house. Im retired and got rid of a ton of stuff. Its so wonderful because I was able to buy cash and Im not broke any longer. Tiny is the way to go!

Amanda: My wife and I have been to visit y'all twice and would like to visit again this spring. This time we would like to stay in one of the air Bob's on the property. Unfortunately they all are not pet friendly. You talk about being pet friendly if you come to live there. So sad that we can't bring our pugs to the air Bob's there:(
