Hello Amber! I do have a channel. I was recently asked what got me into crafty. About 6 years ago my Gma was dying in a different state. I went there with my parents and stayed by her side. One very sleepy night my mother asked if I would watch a YT video (she loves to craft). It was your video. It was so beautiful and calming and I have been crafting ever since. Thank you!

I have been watching your tutorials for over a year now and I have made lots of things that I have learned to make from your videos! Everything you make is so beautiful. I’m going to try this. I’m a crafter, but I don’t sell. I give everything to friends, family, co-workers etc. I make a lot of hair accessories from ribbon and fabric. And other fun stuff, like doll blankets and pillows. They come out so cute. I also sew tissue pack covers, coasters, wristlets, coin purses, book sleeves, cosmetic bags and other cute things. Enjoying your videos very much Amber!!

Hello! I have been a quilter for over 20 years, and rarely paper-crafted. Last October I had a kidney transplant and couldn't quilt during recovery. I was going stir-crazy until I came across your channel. Your ideas were so inspiring! I made several teabag holders, hot chocolate pockets, and notepads to give as gifts at Christmas (I couldn't go shopping either during recovery). Hi Amber I do not have a you tube channel. I have been paper crafting for several years. Most of the paper crafts I started making came from your channel! I also do sewing crafts. I make bowl cozies, over the door dish towels, stuffed oven mitts, plastic bag holders, scrunchies, lanyards, adult bibs (I call them adult clothing protectors) baby blankets, baby bibs, burp cloths and eye glass cases. I literally learned how to paper craft by watching your channel! I still make the hot cocoa packs and Hershey nuggets packs for my Fall Craft Shows!

I have a channel I started about 4 years ago. Due to life events I didn’t work on it very much for a long time. But now I’m getting back into it and I’m uploading again. I don’t have many subscribers yet, but hopefully that will change. I’ve used your journal tutorials before and I made some to sell and to give as gifts. Also, I taught a class at my church how to make them as well for a craft fair we were having to raise money for our ladies ministry.😊❤️

I've been making these. I have started cutting my inside paper at 5.5" instead of 6. It works perfectly inside the folder and saves paper!

Hi from Australia, I do not have a YT channel but I have an Etsy store. I like to make lots of different things and atm I am working on a Lip Balm range and making the packaging as well. These books would be a great addition to the balms to sell as a pack. I also have the idea, instead of using copy paper I will use resealable paper (the backing sheet for stickers) and sell as a sticker book for kids and also for junk journalers

I have started making little things and putting them aside for a craft fair. Everyone always tells me I should sell my things, I never feel as though I am good enough where someone would actually buy something I made. When I start to feel down I always turn your channel on. Have been a subscriber for sime time now. I don not have a channel, I'm just a Mom who loves crafting. I stumbled on your channel years before because I work at a school and was looking for a small gift to give to all the teacher and staff. I landed on your loaded paper bag idea, Thank you, they all loved it! ❤ Your seed packet video has also inspired me too! I made my own verison of it using a forget me not seed packet, and made four lil memory books for my daughters and nieces of my mother. I use pieces of her hand writing and pics of her, left journaling spaces for their memories of her. My Mother loved gardening, growing flower so it was perfect. Thank you for that! ❤ This is a bit long so Ill end with asking what you used the leftover inside paper for??? Staying tune... 🙂

Tfs. Just bought a lot of 6x6 papers to make notebooks for my Japan trip to collect stamps, journal, and one for my niece to scribble. This is the perfect size since 4x6 felt too small if some of the stamps are big ones and I didn't know how to make 5x7 out of 6x6. Instead of cutting off that extra piece, I'm probably just fold it and have the pocket on that side

I started watching your videos about 2 years ago. I do 4 or 5 big shows a year. We do crochet, sewing, dream catchers, hanging towels, and I now have a 6 foot table of paper crafts! These work with a sheet of 12 x 12, I cut to 6 inches then score at 1 and 1/2, 6 and 10 1/2 and that gives me a little tuck on both sides! Thanks for all your inspiring videos!

Hi Amber!! Glad you are back!! I do have a youtube channel. I havent done a video in a long time but want to start again. I want to make a video on what you have taught us crafters. I love making the traveler journals and now i am going to try these books. I made the tea bag pockets you showed us. I love those. So thats my next video. My granddaughters told me its time to make more...lol. I do have the long reach stapler, I didn't know they made until you!! I also say where I got my lessons from and want them to subscribe to you. It's time to get back to what I love to do. I will also make videos on watercolor lessons i have learned. (per granddaughters) lol. They want to see how I use the watercolor pencils too. Just yesterday I found that exact long reach stapler at Goodwill! I’d been looking for one for quite awhile. I think it’s a sign I’m supposed to make these notebooks. 😂 Love them! ♥️

Hi Amber, I've been following you for quite a while, but I'm not one to leave a lot of comments, sorry. I do have a channel, Dewdrop Gables, but I am very bad at making videos. Mainly because I bought a MacBook a couple of years ago and haven't taken the time to learn how to edit the videos. My laptop was so easy back in the day. I'm a paper crafter too, I love making junk journals, mini albums and greeting cards. I've only ever been in 2 craft shows before, that's when I found you...amazing tips, thank you! I'm in one in a week or so and have a ton of Christmas cards made. I just made a dozen of these mini journals in all season paper and will make a bunch more tomorrow using up my 6x6 Christmas papers. Love this idea, love the way mine turned out, too! Thank you very much for all your help. Debbie :)

I am also in love with these wonderful journals. I recently saw your very well made, easy to make journals with video and got busy right away making them They are easy and addictive. So I will make them for giving gifts to friends perhaps with a favorite pen. They are a respite for me from card making which is what I usually do. I have my Instagram page which keeps me busy but maybe I will take time to make a lovely journal for someone special. Thank you Amber for sharing😊

Hey there--I've been watching you for a long while now (two years?). I too have a junk journaling channel (for newbies). One thing I'd offer on this project that instead of cutting off that tiny bit and re-gluing it on, just score both and fold the extra into a pocket on the inside front cover. Also, that extra flap could serve as a wrap around (instead of the doily)...(I'm allll about saving time and steps, lol 🤓) This is a great tutorial, Love how organized your projects are 🤗 You've a boatload of great ideas here on your channel --it's quite a treasure! PS for anyone reading this: the stapling can be done with a regular stapler too--one that can be opened (as if one is going to staple on a bulletin board) Open said stapler, and staple the pages into the cover while they're on top of a soft piece of foam or small folded towel. Then use bone folder or fingernail to fold down the "legs" of the staple. There's always a way-- 👍🏼

That is an excellent idea 💡 I really didn't feel like purchasing that large stapler (even though it is really nice) but I don't plan on making a bunch of these, just a few for my friends. Anyway TYFS 😊

Hi, Amber. Love the journals!! What a cute gift to give someone. In answer to your question, I DO have a KZfaq channel, but I didn't know it until recently. My granddaughter made a video of herself making "slime" a couple of years ago, and I didn't realize she posted it (or whatever it's called), so it's out there, with that one video on it! Thought you'd get a kick out of that. :)
