Wow, this looks like the trip of a lifetime! I was about 15 when we stopped in Tokyo on our way back stateside after living in Asia for 18 months. We ate at a very fancy restaurant that served extremely expensive,( the company for it) Koby beef steaks. They were soft as butter!
