I wonder who else is here for the same reasons I am. Sometimes I listen to this when I can't sleep, sometimes when I can't study, or when I feel sad. One day I woke up at 3am to this hauntingly beautiful music piano playing. It was so surreal. It seemed like time stopped and I was just on my bed staring at the ceiling with faint light cast outside my bedroom. My heart was at peace. I was happy. My only regret was that I fell asleep and regretting never saving it. And now after one year, by chance, I clicked on this and I'm writing here in this comment to say, I'm crying. Here I am. Listening. I finally found it. I finally found my peace.

Thank you.”_ Said the lady with a long, wavy brown hair one day. as she sipped the first warmest cup of latte she has ever had, she closed her eyes. A soft piano starts humming and her surrounding-a blur. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Legend says that when a person has suffered enough of life, one may find him/herself hearing the music of the universe. The language of the wind will come whispering, caressing and comforting the wounded ones through its gentle breeze. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The lady opened her eyes and was speechless for a moment. The frozen spikes in her heart melted and she starts to tear up. She’s standing in front of her childhood home. The place that brought much happiness in her heart. _Why here?_ she asked herself _Why now?_ Occupied with her questions, she saw a bunch of kids laughing and running around with a dog. Two aging couple emerges from the kitchen with trays of food. The children ran up to them happily. A little girl with a beautiful brown hair is peeking behind an old tree. The children kept calling her name, but she was too shy to come out. Hiding behind the tree, a little boy with a deep set of green eyes walk up to the girl. They both looked at each other with a hint of wonder, as the boy hands her the juice and told her to come and eat with them. She followed him quietly. Besides, _what else would she say?_ It's not like _she wants to know his name...or-or befriend him._ The elder man patted her head, smiled, and handed her ramen and bread. This is her _first day in a place called-home...?’_ the girl thought. P.S. my phone died before I can click the post button so I wasnt able to finish it Q_Q I don’t want to write something again because it wouldn’t be the same. this is a world i want to live in... so pure, so warm, so reminiscent of childhood... no malice, no divisions, just a quiet appreciation of each other... i know our world will never be like this, but i know if we try hard enough, we can find flashes of harmony in an otherwise divided world... [Extras] Murky Memories-A short story The evening was lively but gentle. The faintest flakes of snow were falling from heaven onto my shoulders. I felt a calmness in my heart that I could not describe. My bare feet felt the coldness of the cobblestone brick paving beneath me. My eyes hovered over a wooden sign inscribed with a title--Caffe Cupitor. A thousand scents sawm through the air, sweet and blissful. I could see to my side a young rabbit in a pink dress walking with her father. He wore a grey vest and a green scarf, reminding me that winter was well and truly on its way. And yet I was dressed quite thinly, with nothing but a blue blouse and a white skirt. My braided orange hair laid along my back with a reassuring weight. The Caffe menu was left delicately on the wooded swirls of the table; a smooth script written on a black chalkboard. Behind me, I could hear the distinctively rapturous laughs of a bear and his reptilian companion. It was a beautiful scene. So sweet, pure, warm and reminiscent of childhood. But then, this was where I had spent my childhood, up and down these nostalgic lantern-lit lanes. A cup of coffee gently descended upon my table; steam swirling in exquisite choreographies. It was a boy with cappuccino-brown hair, placing down a serradura with chocolate cigarillos as I watched with childlike bliss. "Thank you," I told him. The boy raised his free hand in acknowledgement, "You decided to come here alone?" "Well...there are times when I enjoy company, and times when I like to have my thoughts to myself." "I sometimes do so myself," He glanced around, "If anything, right now is the perfect time to spend in one's own company." I grinned in agreement. With that, he gave me a small nod and moved on to another table where a cat and a young boy in overalls conversed. I spent a great deal of time there, and many times the boy would dart across my vision as he moved from the outside of the Caffe to the inside, then out again. As the night dragged on, the pavilion of shops nearby began to empty. The laughter and chatter subsided slowly but steadily. The cat and the boy finally stood up, the cat holding a small cardboard box with the cafe's name artfully inscribed on it. Eventually, the other waiter, a girl with a clip in her hair, left without her apron but a purse slung over her shoulder. I forced myself to stand up and head out when I felt a steady hand on my shoulder. Turning around, it was the boy with brown hair again, his hands outstretched with a cardboard box. "There were some extra macaroons in the back. It'd be a shame if they went to waste." I almost denied the gift but the wishful glow in his eyes convinced me otherwise. "I had a great night here. Thank you." At that, he grinned. "The small moments are sometimes the ones that matter most, I think. I'm grateful for your acquaintance today," I told him, "I hope we will meet again." We exchanged goodbyes before I took the lantern-lit pathway alongside the road. I didn't meet the boy again. Author's note: Thank you for making it this far! I hope you liked the story I was inspired to write. The music and incredible illustration influence every moment of my piece. What I wanted to illustrate was not how wonderful our world and society could be (if only...), but rather how wonderful it already is! Anybody that is still here , listening , or somebody that just discovered this , or anybody that is reading this , just know that you can relax from time to time . Unconnected from anything else , not worry about your anxiety and flaws . When the pandemic was brand new, when the whole world was afraid, and didn't know what to do, my cat and I were in my little apartment, hidden away and listening to this song. I walk through a cold winter night, my breath making puffs of white clouds in front of me. My fingers in my bright red mittens are frozen and I huff on them. As I kept walking, I spot a little cafe in a little town. Warm orange lights faintly light up the little, quiet shop. It's as if the snow that falls inside the cafe is not cold. The snow almost seems like puffs of fluff. Although my heart is warmed up, I'm still unable to feel my fingers. I search my pockets for any spare change for a small cappuccino. Nothing. I simply stare at the glowing, heart-warming place from afar. I look at the ground and watch the snow flutter around my feet until a girl comes up to me. "Aren't you cold? Come on in, the drink's on us," she says. I look up and whisper a faint "Thank you," and follow her in. A fuzzy hand comes in contact with mine and I look down, only to see a bear pass me a cup of cappuccino. "Thank you," I say to the bear. The bear smiles back at me and points to my violin on my back. "Would you mind if I play something?" I ask. The bear shakes his head and I put my instrument down. I open the case on one of the tables and start to play under a parasol, trying to make sure my instrument doesn't come in contact with the snow. The tune I play is like the cappuccino I got. The tune I play sounds like this.

There was a time I felt extremely depressed. All the years were hazy and unclear. I only remember that the years were full of pain and dark. Not anymore. I finally feel at peace with myself. I no longer despise myself, or am full of self pity. I'm getting better day by day gradually. Occasionally, I do falter and have a depressive episode but I don't elongate the pain and sadness like I used to. I let myself feel and then it dissipates. Still learning day by day to accept myself eventually I'll get there...

Sometimes I need to take a break for all the stress of city. And relax and let my tears fall away.

"Christmas was around the corner but unlike most Decembers in the years before, this one was much more tame than the previous. Snow came in flurries and never stayed and the chill of winter passed us by. For a moment in time, I myself forgot about the hustle and bustle of the daily grind, the great strive for self-sustainability. I paused and let my mind go blank; rather it took a screenshot of happiness. "When I look at it now, it's only a memory with fuzzy edges and blurred faces. Even with the flurries that looked like dust upon an old picture frame, the image itself was still intact, holding onto that feeling of contentment. It was only a moment in time after all. It wasn't meant to last but it wasn't meant to be forgotten. "To see moments in life where everything is calm and seemingly right with the world, those are the rare moments that need to be keep firmly close to mind. Those are the moments that you wish you could go back to and relive over and over again. Christmas tunes of present day don't do the season much justice. It's up to the tunes like this to take us back to our early days, the childhood memories of friends gathering and laughing as one. To take us back to the days when we all had someone to hold close to our chests with mountains of blankets all bundled up around us. i love this song but it also makes me sad...

I remember the first time I heard this song. I had just been switched to nightshift, I was having a really rough time trying to sleep and was feeling pretty low you know? Couldn't really hang out with my friends because they all worked day shift and I was working nights so I would be waking up around the time they were all calling it a day. It was midnight and this song just happened to pop on the channel, I tried really hard to stay awake because I knew I needed to stay up until about 7am so I didn't mess up my sleeping pattern. Between seeing this warm beautiful background and here this wonderful song I felt so relaxed that I literally turned over and passed out. I honestly hadn't slept that good in a very long time. I felt refreshed for once and it was nice. Every time I come across this video I feel so relaxed that I just want to lie down listen. Thank you for this beautiful miracle that makes me feel at peace.

My parents are getting divorced. Its a hard time. Its a scary time. Happy this is here to give me some comfort... 2024 Edit: I've gone through alot sense I wrote this. Depression, abuse, scary and hard thoughts, but things are finally looking up. My parents are going to be getting back together, which honestly makes me so happy. There's still hard days, I have things I need to sort out, but at least my parents will be happy.

You don’t know how much this music matters to me. It’s the thing that puts all my old mempries together. From preschool, I would listen to this relaxing music that my teacher played on her computer. They were the happiest moments in my life. I had nothing to worry, and I was relaxed. Now here’s me, listening to this music again, and I would just like to spend the moment in preschool one more time. But the thought that I can’t makes me sad…😔

I've been sitting for 3 hours reading a book. I finished 2 cups of coffee. Now I will open another song and continue reading. I hope one day I can read a book with hot coffee / tea in a peaceful cafe like this wallpaper.
