I lost my mom on 26 August 2023. My heart has not been the same. I have to be strong for my son's sake yet, I am numb. I smile and joke around everyday yet, nothing helps me feel better while others around me are laughing and living life. I can't or I'm afraid to tell people how I really feel for their reactions towards me. I'm still putting one step in front of the other everyday. I hurt quietly and in silence. I like how so many of the comments here are talking about how they've been struggling and how they are hoping everyone here is alright and that they'll make it through whatever pain they are going through. It's really nice to see. Meanwhile I'm here like "I just got insomnia bruh this shit helps me sleep 😭😭😭" Edit 2 weeks later: My grandpa died. I was the last person to see him alive before he stopped breathing in his bed. My uncle found him 15 minutes after I had helped him get a drink of water. He had congestive heart failure and his heart was giving out on him, but my family and I thought we'd have at least a couple more months with him. He died on May 23rd 2024, and lived to be 69. On the bright side, however, he was diagnosed at around 30 years old and lived for nearly 40 more years. People diagnosed with this condition typically live much shorter lives, so we got to spend as much time with him as possible before he passed

this channel has kind of become the only thing i can expect to come back to everyday. i type away my crumbling heart and mind into a group chat that's there for that purpose, just to never get acknowledged, for no one to speak about it. someone else says something, and they get responses. i couldn't guess how many times it's happened, it still happens. no one asks about it, no one talks or says anything, it's like i'm not even there, even when some of us come into a call or something. i just want someone to act like they care

I hope you feel better I had to deal with a struggle I'm only 12 and i had been put into foster care at the age of seven I still loved my dad but he abused me and hit me but I had to deal with slot like breaking my arm and my appendix removal and it was a kit but just believe in god and look at the good stuff you have right now that's kinda what helped me through foster care I still don't see my dad but I have a new loving foster home and it was great and my foster parents loved me all much and I felt like a little fire just started to burn with love and it kept me through the years and that fire grew and grew and I felt like I was loved again and on August 31 2033 I had got adopted by the loving family I got and I'm am really happy right now so I encourage you to look up on what's bright and the good and not the bad and just believe and you will get through it I hope you feel better that your not alone ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

To the sound of rain hitting the ground I’ll always be somewhere in haven with my family..no meaning of the hard times that I may endure coming home to family members will always warm my heart….no matter the people that hate me through stars and all time I hope that everyone is safe and happy in the end because……..we where all heroes because we all helped so remember that you need to keep the determination inside of this hell,because all could break at any moment……….so remember that……when life is hard……think about family that’s all that makes me happy…..

When I found this sound I played it for our dog who suddenly got paralyzed and she got really anxious in the night so someone had to stay with her. I remember crying next to her while playing this sound and praying that she would heal. Sadly she didn't and we had to put her down. To be honest I have almost removed her from my memories. It's to painful to remember her.

I lost my dog in a similar situation. He got paralyzed due to an extremely aggressive bone marrow cancer. He didn't live long after that, we had him for nearly 11 years. It's a friend that I will never forget, but some memories are starting to become hazy. I won't give up.

If you come here because you need that little bit of peace, let me tell you please don't give up. You have to keep fighting. That stronger, faster, better you is waiting at the end of whatever battle you're fighting. It's not the end. It's only the beginning. You have to get up . Despite the numerous times you've been slammed into the ground you have to dust yourself off and ask "is that all you got?" Because you're strong. Know it. Own it. Trust me, I know. And if you have to go down, go down fighting with everything you've got. Never stop fighting. Please. I'm sure someday we will meet and show our battle scars and talk about how we made it. A past incident just recently caught up to me. Barring me from joining a volunteer because the other party doesn't want to see me. A person I respected went behind my back and sent in the request. To not let me into the team due to another party. I loved the team and thought of them as my friends and family only to find out that they didn't ask me for my side. And instead unilaterally decided that I shouldn't be on the team anymore. I just feel hurt and betrayed. The incident happened way after the event and now its apparently caught up to me to effect an event that had nothing to do with my incident. The stress is taking a toll to my body and I just can't seem to work at the moment, which I have a feeling I may get fired from. . . I'm trying to push through, but there is just so much I can handle until I finally am at my breaking point...

Half myself until I found her.. half of that without her.. my love, my truest, reason, left this world and I adjusted to a huge rejection and am barely able to let go what feels almost like every second. She said she was happier with another man, and she softly won me in the mix of it all. A.S. this is your Dear John. I can appreciate that now. 😂I wish I may I wish I might, choose between two wonders. For an original. She doesn't "compute" and she knows an island, and a church on a hill, and she's free! Today I say, "Come What May".. Humbly. For the one I laid to rest, I miss you everyday. "I made it out of my life's troubles and am now also, "free". Do I find no contention to be just free?
