Today I'm kicking off my 2023 holiday baking by updating my mom's Red Velvet Pound Cake video! I LOVE this THICK yummy goodness of a glaze. Watch & Enjoy!😊

INGREDIENTS I USED:
Baked at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 mins. (Time may vary depending on your cake pan and/or oven.)
3 Cups Cake Flour
3 Cups Sugar
3 Sticks Butter (Room Temperature)
5 Large Eggs (Room Temperature)
1 C Buttermilk (Room Temperature)
6-7 Dropperfuls of LorAnn Chocolate Oil
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 oz. Bottle Red Food Color
Extra Super Red Gel Food Color to get the RED I wanted🙂
1 Tsp Butter Vanilla Flavoring
***THICK GLAZE
Powdered Sugar
4 oz. Cream Cheese
Flavored Coffee Creamer
Vanilla Butter Flavoring

Welcome back, Mrs. Donna. You were truly missed. It's okay to take a pause and take care of yourself. My husband loves the red velvet and cream cheese glaze, but I am still team blue. Thanks for the memories of your mom. I was in the kitchen with my mom, especially when she made biscuits. I greased the pans and put the dough in them when she cut them out. I also got the spoon or bowl when she made her cakes. She passed 9-11-13, 2 weeks before her 82nd birthday. Miss her dearly. Hello to Jaxon, Dude #1, and family. God bless. 😊
