Don’t feel bad about the jewelry you already bought. Not only do styles change but your taste may change also. Therefore the hoops you feel that are too small today, may be your go to favourites tomorrow. Given a choice in the future, wait and just buy all real gold. The simple ones look perfect for 2nd or 3rd lobes or even rooks, daiths or cartilage piercings! I get what you mean about how tiny they are for the 1st lobe though. Hope you're enjoying them now?

HORROR STORY: My friend ordered a necklace that was vermeil and it literally turned black/heavily tarnished within a few wears. She NEVER showered or sweat while wearing it. Read the reviews of vermeil on their site.... it doesn't last for very long at all. Costume jewelry from Forever 21 wears better than that necklace. It was 90$, which is basically $90 down the drain. I'd rather wait or not get it at all. I've been wanting Mejuri's "Pearl Hoops" for YEARS now and finally was able to ask for a real 14k pair from Etsy for V-Day. Was double the price ($137), but it will last a lifetime. I'm so excited to finally get them. GREAT VIDEO!

I purchased a chain 10k with diamonds from them and wore it during my pre wedding pictures for 4 hours, and voila it turned all black. Had to return it!

look at their bold hoops if you wanted a sort of small, huggie hoop style that has more presence. I personally didn't like them on me and prefer the mini hoops but i think you'll enjoy them!

$1000 is not that expensive. I love Mejuri and I have many 14k golds with diamonds, pearls and gemstones( rings, 14k paperclip charm chains, solitaire large diamond necklace ❤️, various diamond studs, diamond pendants, diamond tennis and pave bar bracelets, 14k pearl earrings, 14k & pave diamond hoops, and other 14k gold layering hoops etc) also have some older pieces ( 5 years old) of gold vermeil and I love them all. Never had any problems! All vermeil pieces never tarnished! My total spending right now is about $8k. At this point, I buy a solid only. And of course, diamonds are a girl’s best friend 😂

That’s a snooty attitude not everyone can afford or want to spend for real gold right now gold is about 2,000.00 an ounce which means you paying more for gold jewelry so that really aren’t worth the price
