I totally know how ya feel… there’d be days my acne was so bad I would call in sick to work because I was scared for people to look at me. You are incredibly beautiful, inside and out. It’s hard to just say, “my acne doesn’t define me,” when you’re having a day like that, but it’s true. Yes it sucks and is emotionally and physically painful when you experience acne, but pretty lady, your acne will never define you ♥️

Yellow dock as a supplement and I make a skin tea with yellow dock, licorice, burdock root, cleavers, red clover, and roses. They usually sell all those herbs at a natural grocery store. I use to have the same type of acne as you and doing this is the only thing that has made a difference in my skin.

Might be worth trying to use oxiclean to get those stains out! Check to make sure it won't ruinng the shirt fabric/print first, but oxiclean has been such a lifesaver for me. I use the foaming stuff/the liquid for intense spot treatment and I use the soak for less intense stains!

I think you are so beautiful inside and out but I understand the struggle with acne and how it can make one feel. I did accutane and had clear skin for a year until my acne came back. I switched to a really gentle routine (double cleansing with the Clinique take the day away balm and Cerave foaming cleanser, Paula’s choice for exfoliating every once in awhile, and focusing on keeping my skin hydrated and protected from the sun) that helped my skin so much but I also struggled with hormonal acne and ended up trying a supplement called anti-acne club which is specifically for hormonal acne and it has kept my skin consistently clear. When you look at the ingredients they’re just vitamins but they focus on balancing your hormones. Just wanted to put that out there for you or anyone looking for a possible solution that isn’t accutane ☺️.

I have acne aswell and I also stuggle with going out which ive never really told anyone so lowkey if you see this just delete this, but know that acne doesnt make you ugly even if it feels that way, i usually dont comment on stuff but i just know how it feels

You should talk to ur dermatologist about different options for acne!! I am on a medication that’s not accutane and it’s helpeddddd! Idk just talk to ur derm before anything!!

I love your videos and think you’re stunning without makeup. But I do know how stressful it is to keep breaking out. I’ve been seeing an acne specialist esthetician and it’s done wonders. She gave me a list of pore clogging ingredients and I completely changed my makeup routine. She also got me started on face reality skincare… I can not recommend enough. My skin has never been clearer.

GIRLLL you got scammed on the shirt sadly, I found identical ones on etsy and ebay without stains or the tear/cut down the middle of the collar for $60-$70! And bootleg ones on mecari for $20, but the genuine ones are cooler obvi. I think you bought from a "fencing" operation!

When I had acne I literally avoided eye contact with people, not even consciously..but then I took accutane and after 5 months my skin was perfect. And it still is 7 years later (other than the occasional spot before my period).

You can just take Tretinoin, it helps acne without the side-effects of Accutane.

First off, your skin issues doesn't in any way hide your beauty. Secondly, your skin condition will improve if you cut back or quit sugar entirely. It will improve even more if you don't use glucose as your primary energy source (carbs).

I recently started watching your vlogs and have some skin advice for you that really helped my wife. I swear this is not an advertisement or marketing thing. It's a vitamin blend from the company Anti Acne Club. It evens outs your hormones with a supplement called DIM and rebalances your skin. She had gnarly cystic jawline breakouts from her periods and it took forever for them to heal. I feel like by the time she cleared up her period would come back and mess everything up again. You take two capsules per day and it takes about 2-3 weeks for your skin to purge and clear up. She never gets cystic stuff anymore!
