the TOTAL LENGTH of our THREAD for the earring is about 2.2 m
Step by step instructions for bead earrings. In this video, we will make boho beaded earrings with fringes. Beaded thread will need approximately 2.2 m, about 60 cm for the top of the earring and 1.6 m for beaded pendants I used Czech beads number 10, three colors, you can use other beads of any other colors - the result will always please you). The only thing is, I do not advise using Chinese beads - it is not even and the earrings turn out to be crooked. Czech beads, Toho beads size 11 and Delica are the most suitable types of glass beads for the best result and wonderful earrings! Do it with pleasure! Enjoy your beading!
Materials used:
Czech beads No. 10 or Toho beads number 11!
nylon thread (total thread length approx. 2.2 m)
bead needle
hooks
scissors
round nose pliers or pliers

important! the total length of our thread for the earring is about 2.2 m. For the upper part of the earring, it takes about 60 cm, the rest of the thread is used for beaded fringes

@@ruvarashematsvayi6714 Thank you! No, for earrings with beaded fringes, I use exclusively synthetic beaded thread. It is with a beaded thread that I like how beaded fringes are obtained.

Well this is good to read after my 4th time of starting the first part of the project, nearly completing it and having to cut it all up and get a bigger string, then finish it my 4th try and realize the 60cm was only for the top part and not have any string at all on the other end for the fringes 😭 that is very hard to see in the video, and I’ve been trying to make this for several days now. Oh well, it’s such a pretty pattern. I’ll just be trying it again.

It's so much faster and easier to start from the top and work your way down doing brick stitch. if you start from the top, you don't have to worry about too many threads bulking up at the bottom when you add the fringes. I have been beading earrings this way for over 35 years and have made and sold hundreds and hundreds of earrings.
@BeautyBeadsLand
@BeautyBeadsLand Жыл бұрын
hello. this is good. this is your way. I show how I work. I am comfortable with this option as I show. I do not like to drag a three-meter thread through the entire weaving when a meter and a half of it is intended for pendants. my twenty years of experience with beads in different weaving techniques gives me the right to choose exactly how I work. each needlewoman will try both your weaving method and mine, and even the way when weaving the first row and immediately pendants, and then the top. These are ways and variations. thank you for your opinion.and this is a good idea in terms of showing the viewers all three ways of weaving this type of earrings and then having tried all the ways, each one will choose the best for herself. everyone has his own path. Wish you all the best! have a nice day!

Hello! Thank you for this video! I remember watching my mother make these earrings when I was a little girl, but she never got a chance to teach me how. You've healed a space in my heart! I have a little girl now and when time comes would love to pass this on ❤. Is 2.2 m meaning meter or...? Im a little confused 😅.

Thank you very much! Yes, we need to take about 220-240 centimeters of thread to make it convenient to work. I hope the video will be useful and understandable for you. All the best to you!

It's not hard if you don't rush. We correct each pendant, pull the thread, correct it. it is always slow at first. over time, the hand will fill up and the thread will be automatically tightened.

I'm brand new to beading. I'm messing something up. I'm at row 4 & still have 9 columns. I will get this. I think I'm just missing one thing. But I will get it. Your video is great though. Thank you
@BeautyBeadsLand
@BeautyBeadsLand 2 жыл бұрын
Dear Dolly, each new row should decrease, the decrease is done as in brick weaving. Put the video in the speed settings - lower the speed so that it is convenient for you to see behind my hands. When we move to a new row, we pass the needle under the thread between the second and third columns of the previous row. Most likely the error is here. I wish you good luck with your beading. A little patience and you will succeed!

Thank U for sharing this. I just started learning on fringe necklace. So now I want to learn on the earrings. 😊 I have a dumb question to ask U. Is the Size 10/0 is bigger than 11/0 or am I wrong?
@BeautyBeadsLand

Thanks a lot! Yes, you are absolutely right, the number 10 of the Czech seed beads is larger than the number 11 of the Czech seed beads. But number 10 Czech beads are almost the same size as number 11 Toho beads). I use czech beads since that's what i can buy in my local shop, but toho and delica are also great for beaded earrings.) good luck with your earring learning! (P.S. I started with knitted cords - this is my separate great love, then I made beaded necklaces, a huge amount), for myself, for friends, for relatives), now I can’t stop making beaded earrings, I come up with schemes, I come up with designs, I buy schemes, about a huge number and scope for imagination). I love beads)))

Im conscidering trying these as they're stunning. Ive a beautiful dress that these would look amazing with. Is it possible i could make a necklace to match but maybe a little bigger. Not HUGE. Ive never done this before is it as straightforward to make as you make it look? Id like blue/white/gold. Many thanks for your video and patience. Now just have to source the beads and correct threads ❤

@BeautyBeadsLand Thank you for your kind reply. I'll subscribe and take a look to see if I can match somehow. At the minute it looks daunting but exciting. It's a special holiday dress for Corfu. I'll have a practice first but your instructions look to be fabulous. Who knows one day I'll be able to design my own?

And it wasn’t until halfway through I realized my mistake. :( wish I had understood the instructions more clearly in the length needed. I thought that was total, not each side. My fringe tail is too short to work with now. Suppose I’ll start again, now I know!
@BeautyBeadsLand
@BeautyBeadsLand 2 жыл бұрын
no no, you can always add a thread! do not loosen the product. Take a new thread and just like we fasten the thread from the middle of our upper part of the earring and then continue weaving

@@leoisaac6041 it's my fault, sorry. I've been beading for a very long time, but I've never made tutorial videos. I miss a lot of moments, since it seems to me that it is clear(. I will improve my videos, I will learn to correctly and clearly convey information to all beginner beading lovers. For now, you will make the second earring, and I will try to make a video as soon as possible on how to add a thread for fringes when making earrings. Thank you for understanding! I really hope that my videos will be useful. Thank you.

hello. yes, just choose a very thin thread. the problem can only arise at the stage of adding beaded fringes. in the bottom row of the triangle, it turns out that we pass the thread through the beads three times, if the thread is thick, then it will not pass through the beads the third time.
