Have you ever seen the parachuting beavers project? They dropped beavers in wooden boxes in unpopulated areas to build the watershed. Pretty funny.

You should remove trash in middle culvert. I've seen a few videos where the beavers have clogged only the middle. I think they're getting smarter.
