I think this would've started out as a movie like Bill and Ted but eventually would've gotten this TV sitcom. It's hilarious to imagine the "No Laughing" episodes but in live action

This looks like the type of show that decades later would have all of the actors come out to talk about the unethical conditions and abuse happening offscreen and having half the kid actors addicted to meth. Really captures that vintage feel!

oddly enough, mike judge has talked about making a live action beavis and butthead more than once. the sad part is that no official attempt at that has been made and only references or fan skits have been the closest we’ve gotten to a live action beavis and butthead.

There was a scene on Step By Step where a live action Beavis and Butthead made a cameo. The kids they got to play them were spot on.
