He was in Mr Van Driessens class when he first got high on the sugar drink and heard Mr Van Dreiesen pronounce Nicaragua , El Salvador etc with a very thick Spanish accent and Beavis began to pick it up and imitate as a sort of gibberish .

He's also reciting parts of what he heard the Spanish teacher say from the hallway: "Rapido ruedan las ruedas de los carros cargados del azucar del ferrocarril". He can be heard muttering it in the cult episode. He did say "Azucar" when he grabbed the sugar shaker, so he actually got a word correct.

I used to work there and I do remember when a Women from the Dept of Immigration actually came in and made us all sign papers declaring if we were legal US citizens ( This was during the Bush presidency) but when Obama and the Democrats took over the Presidency that was all but forgotten and illegals were just tolerated quietly
