Fun fact: making yourself yawn and chewing motions are great techniques to help combat panic attacks. Yawning tricks the brain into thinking you're tired. Chewing tricks your brain into thinking you're eating. Both trick your brain into not panicking. I love this video. The constant instructions are great for distracting the internal thoughts. Hi Nic, thanks so much for your videos. I track my sleep with Fitbit since my sleep quality isn’t that good. While watching your videos i fall asleep so easily and for example, yesterday i watched around 10 min of this video, fell asleep and i can see i was in DEEP sleep for 1,5 hour straight! The more deep and REM sleep, the better i feel the next day. So you are improving my quality of life (and i think not only my life ;) )
