According to Oxford Learner's Dictionaries, "Some people think that it is more correct to use owing to to mean ‘because of’ after a verb or at the beginning of a clause, because due is an adjective. However, this use of due to is now very common and accepted as part of standard English."

Hi Mike. I've a question but not for this lesson. Difference between Pres Perfect Simple and Pr.Perfect Contin. I learned from English books that we can use the only verbs " Live and Work " in Pres Perfect Simple and Pr.Perfect Cont with the same meaning in the Sentences below: I've been living in England since 2001 = I've lived in England since 2001 But a teacher in You Tube says that there are other verbs ( study , teach, go , play , drive, learn) that we can use both tenses with the same meaning. For example : I've played tennis since I was 7 = I've been playing tennis since I was 7 ( Is this correct ??? ) Another teacher says that we can use all verbs with this way. I'm really confused. Which one is correct . Thanks for your reply.

Hi teacher I have a question for you, why on enlsih enlgush English you have different wsys to say one word, even so in accent and grammar for example, hold, wait hope has the same meaning, but If we say present depending the accent we change the accent why and the falses friends, and the phrasal verbs or the wsys book and book I learnt for firts time tjedecond the decond time but I never imagined to know that book had other meaning
