First kill is great but you must be low elo to not be able to see what he's actually doing until the third replay. What impressive about that play is actually not the mechanic, it's the damage calculation and the confident altitude, even the Trundle guy didn't think he would die there so he didn't flash.

Truee tho that flash was completely useless, if you watch carefully you see thay he flashes after landing q3 and it seems like he didn't hit but actually he did, very good first blood exept for that and he did a mistake while diving trundle that me as a player that never plays ranked and his peak is silver 1, i would never do, he literally took tower aggro while he could't kill trundle bc he had q on cooldown, that mistake made karthus die and then he died aswell to get the kill on the trundle
