BeckerArt Looks at Holbein Blue Watercolors

In this video, I look at all the blue watercolors that Holbein has available.
Remember that Holbein watercolors don't have Ox Gall in them so they instantly rejuvenated when water is added to them, they do not dry into hard clumps that can't be made workable. Holbein colors are so vibrant and intense and really mix well.

This was very very useful! I bought Marine Blue immediately after seeing this. =) If you ever do this again it would be great to see the colors a little more clearly in the "wash" and "tint" amounts. I notice some of those blues change dramatically when used with lots of water! Thanks for making this video.

Aren’t Ultramarine deep and Royal Blue technically violet blues! So, they’d belong more in the violet section than Phthalo Blue red shade will ever be
