I’ve gotten two really nice knuckle balls at practice where one looked like it was gonna go out and then it curves right in and then one went really high and looked like it was gonna go over and then dropped right under the crossbar and slid right in and those shots were with the Nike strike ball

Well currently I have Winter Break so no real opportunity to practice this on a goal sadly, but I will for sure give it a try after the winterbreak in training. If I wanted to practice it right now I would sadly have to drive quite some way to get to a pitch, where the goals aren't locked away. But what I think I will do is try and use this technique on my Volleyball Serves with my hand 😂

The whole point of grip socks is comfort…so your feet isn’t loose in the boots when you rapidly change direction. Don’t wear anything that isn’t comfortable. Doesn’t matter if it’s the “best boots or socks” if it’s not comfortable. Try getting a bigger size bro.

Honestly it may look difficult but all u have to do is find YOUR sweet spot And also put as much power into the kick without follow through as if you did a quick jab with your foot. Please use a hard ball for better results I can now do knuckleball without a problem but i need to work how much power i actually can put into the ball
